This is a lower level apartment with a walkout to the backyard. 2 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Laundry facilities are in the unit. Optional Garage Parking, just ask!

Lower level walkout. Entire apartment, including bedroom, full kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room and exercise equipment (yoga mats, weight machine).
Guest access
Around the left (west) side of the house, through the gate to the patio. Lockbox is on the railing by the sliding patio door.

Again, please do not block the garage doors. We need access in and out at very inconvenient times of day. I'd hate to need to bother you.

What makes this property unique

The most exciting feature of this home is the Open Space on the other side of the back fence. 100 acres of hiking trails, a meandering stream shaded with willows and cottonwoods. A concrete bike path runs along the stream from the foothills all the way to Denver, providing easy opportunities to create your own adventure!
