New home on Crystal Lake.
Lake home completed in 2020 on a 130 acre Crystal Lake which is at the top of the aquifer and therefore "crystal clear" Near Quit Qui Oc and Lancerlot Golf courses,15 minutes from Whistling Straits as well as many other golf courses. Close to Road America, Ice Age hiking trail, Plank Road biking trail, Shopping and restaurants in Plymouth and Elkhart Lake. Stand up paddle board, 2 single and 2 double kayaks, Sailboat and Pontoon Ride by owner if requested. Hammock, Rope Swing, Chair swing, Slide into water, Fire pit and Gas Grill. Home with deck18 feet from the lake with a good seawall and large pier. Second floor deck overlooking the lake. Garage with workshop.

About the host

We live 4 miles away but the value of this particular property prompted its acquisition. Following retirement as a local family physician and school nurse, we did a complete knockdown and rebuild which just finished in 2020. I am an avid cyclist with many 100 mile rides each year. I shuttle people for the Ice Age Trail. We are very active in the community and can be a resource for you.
Why they chose this property
I was able to enjoy lake life and still be on call. We are an hour from Milwaukee and 2 hours from Chicago. Between Lake Michigan and Winnebago, near Road America, and the resorts of Elkhart lake and the resort activities, as well as the gateway to the Northern Kettle Moraine.

Our deck is 18 feet from the Lake, with room for a side yard and firepit.
