206 NW Oceania Drive. Located in Bayshore, 15 minutes from Newport on a 7 mile long beach, this well appointed home will provide the perfect setting to relaxing and enjoying your time away. There are literally views from every room, every window. Looking out the front you have a great view of the Alsea Bay and the Alsea Bay Bridge. A perfect setup to allow kids and young adults time to play and enjoy. In the oceanside living room you will enjoy unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

As a vacationer always seemed that the closer that you were to the worse the amenities were, the less comfortable the furniture My hope and desire was to create a special place that offered a very comfortable atmosphere, generously appointed, separate areas where kids can be kids and adults could let down and all at a price point that made sense.
