Great place! Location is ideal for anywhere you want to go. Communication with Robbie is perfect. Spacious. Quiet neighborhood. And how about that backyard? From morning coffee to dinner on the grill, to late night drinks at the spa, it's just a lovely place to chill.

Didn’t feel like house was within walking distance to Old Town. Also 2 rolls of toilet paper isn’t enough for multiple guests BUT the house is fantastic & the outdoor space is AMAZING!

The outdoor area was great! The house was clean but we did run out of toilet paper. I feel like this could have been an easy fix by the property owner we had 8 adults and only left with 4 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. But other than that it was a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic trip for my son’s ASU graduation. The house is well equipped. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the backyard was full of fun activities for everybody. The hot tub was warm and the pool was gorgeous. Check-in was smooth great communication with the owner.
