Welcome to lakefront luxury at R25—a prime, central location on the lake that makes getting around easy by both car and boat. The home is tucked into a quiet, deep-water cove, so you can enjoy calm water, great swimming, and reliable depth for docking. Guest boats are welcome, and you’ll love spending time on the dock with the diving board, rope swing, and a variety of lake toys, including two kayaks and lots of floats for lounging on the water.

Inside, the layout is designed for larger groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. You’ll find multiple living and hangout areas so adults can relax while kids (or the competitive friends) take over the fun spaces. There’s a ping pong table and a dedicated gaming monitor, plus plenty of room to gather for meals, games, and movie nights.

Convenience is part of the experience, too—linens and paper products are provided, so you can pack lighter and settle in faster. And when you’re ready to head out, you’re just 10 minutes from the Westlake Village shopping area, with easy access to nearby restaurants, marinas, and essentials for last-minute groceries or a day on the water.

Guest Acces
Guests will receive a unique, reservation-specific access code through our app/website to unlock the passage door inside the garage that leads into the home. No physical keys or garage door openers are provided. Passage door codes are active only for the duration of the reservation and expire at checkout.

Interaction with guests
We respect your privacy and will not be on-site or in residence during your stay. Our local property manager is available to assist with any needs that come up, and we’re always just a text away for questions.

Other Details
For security and property monitoring, exterior cameras are installed around the home and may be periodically viewed by select members of our family to help ensure the safety and upkeep of the property and to confirm access for scheduled vendors. Cameras are positioned only in exterior/common access areas including the dock—never inside the living spaces—and should not be covered, disabled, or obscured at any time during your stay.

We do ask for email/mobile for contracting and provide our direct information for you to contact us. No personal information is shared with other parties.

Boats and personal watercraft can be rented from local marinas.
Dogs are subject to approval and an additional cleaning fee.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for every reservation and will be sent for e-signature immediately after booking; check-in details are released once it's signed. Key terms: max 8 guests over age 3, plus up to 4 children age 3 or under; no pets unless approved in your reservation; refundable security deposit up to $3,000 processed through software attached platform; cancellation refunds follow the schedule shown at checkout; no parties, events, or commercial use; quiet hours apply; Owner's boat, SUPs, and PWCs are not included with the rental. Trash must be removed from the property at the end of the stay. An additional fee for removal will be charged if debris is left.
