Very popular with people with reduced mobility as it is entirely on the ground. It includes a large living room with panoramic views of the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (a walk-in shower), two toilets, a laundry area and two storage spaces.
Its East West exposure offers great brightness whatever the weather. In front, 150 m2 to store cars, play, eat, sunbathe facing the sea. Behind, a patio enclosed by walls and hedges shelters you from the wind and from view. The doors of the kitchen and two bedrooms serve it and make it an ideally protected place for small children who can play freely.

Further on, an hour's drive away, Mont Saint Michel, the beaches and the landing museums, the Cité de la mer in Cherbourg with a visit to a nuclear submarine.
