We are a couple whose children are married or away to the University. Very hospitable, we embrace guests that decide to visit our beautiful city in the Cibao Valley, with a stay of a week or more. We built this house 30 years ago, and love our environment so much, that have been adding and remodeling to adjust to modern architecture. Born and studied right here in Santiago, we know the ins and outs and can help you take away the greatest memories in your vacation.

Why they chose this property

We are practically in the center of Santiago, with our biggest icon, the Monument, at the top of the hill, a mere 300 meters from us, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to the main roads that go to the Capital, Santo Domingo, and the gateway to the coast, Puerto Plata, at about 45 minutes crossing the northern mountain range, we are at the center of all the Dominican Republic has to offer. Mountains to the south, are the highest in the Caribbean, with a cool climate all year around, and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world on the north coast, including some of the most sought out Cabarete and Sosua.
