POOL HOURS: 9AM- 9PM ; the pool key fob is located on the entryway table, just hold the fob to the pool keypad and it will unlock.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, very well stocked and has high-end appliances. It is close to everything in the Kōloa/Poipu area but situated in a quiet location. We appreciated the little touches like the delicious coffee and granola provided. We give this rental and the property management experience our highest praise and would gladly stay here again.

Bummed the hot tub was under repair and we were not notified prior to arrival.The owners of this condo made it very comfy, nice furnishings and well equipped kitchen. This condo is in the perfect location and was very comfortable for our family of 5. It has lovely views of the ocean from both upstairs and downstairs and the pool area was perfect for our kids' different swim levels. We would definitely stay here again!

Our first time visiting Kauai. The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Nice to have laundry soap and paper products provided. Great location. Easy drive to the beach. Would recommend the owners provide extra chairs for the dining table so that the family could enjoy a meal together.

My mom and I stayed in this unit for 5 days and really loved it. The location is great, easy to get to Koloa and Poipu Beach and lots of other great beach spots! The unit was super clean, updated and well appointed. Easy parking and great beach gear! One note, the living room and primary bedroom face the golf course parking lot, we didn’t find it to be too noisy, but just something to know!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Upon arrival (after dark) it was very difficult to locate the condo. The lighting is very poor and the parking space is not adjacent to condo. However a quick call and we figured it out. The beach chairs and umbrella were great!

Beautiful Sunny Poipu Rental

This rental property is in a well taken care of complex. The pool and hot tub area was very nice, we went there every evening. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. We also had an extra sitting room with a TV and couch in it. It was perfect for 2 couples. The management was very helpful and easy to get ahold of with any questions.

When we arrived after dark we had difficulty finding the unit. There were instructions to find the garage but none to find the unit which was in the cup-de-sac and up some dark stairs. The light above the door was out which made it very difficult to enter the numbers in the key code. Since we were tired travelers, this was not a pleasant experience. Once in the unit, it was lovely and well appointed.

Nice unit. however several problems of minor nature. 2 Most annoying was refrigerator did not cool sufficiently, even butter was soft and some yogurt spoiled< and Owner had set Nest thermostat and locked it and would not change settings when we requested it through property manager. Only other issue was several bulbs were out including light over entry door, these I suppose property manager is to blame.
