This home is uniquely situated in Sunriver with LOTS of open space surrounding it.
From this location, enjoy a quick and leisurely walk or bike ride to SHARC or Fort Rock Park, the Village Mall and even the Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory!

Lowland 3 has a reverse living floor plan and THREE MASTER SUITES! With three and a half baths, and an attached garage this home is excellent for multiple couples or families alike, with ample space and privacy for everyone.

On the upper level you are greeted with a spacious living room with generous seating options. Get cozy while watching your favorite team or a movie on the large flat-screen TV/DVD and enjoy the flames flickering from the gas log fireplace with stacked stone surround. This upper living area has an open floor plan which includes the kitchen and dining area with a common area half bath as well.
The open, light and bright kitchen has an attractive gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The chef will always be part of the action from this airy space! There is bar seating at the counter top and a dining table with great views from every seat. This open area has soaring windows throughout. These windows bring the outside in, and provide wonderful natural light for reading, crafting or playing games.

The upper level of the home also features a roomy Master Suite with King bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player, comfy club chair and extra bench seating. The attached bathroom has double vanity sinks and tub/shower combo. This King Bedroom provides easy access to the large upper deck with gorgeous woodland views! This spacious upper deck has a filtered Mt. Bachelor view and a gas BBQ for grilling mealtime favorites. The patio furniture will make your outdoor dining easy, or provide a pleasing lounge space while surrounded by the wonderful natural setting this deck area offers. Soak up the sun or stargaze with an unfiltered view of the Central Oregon night sky.

As you make your way downstairs, you will find a family room, with a large flat-screen TV with DVD player, and playstation with games. This set-up is complete with BOSE Surround Sound! There is a Queen sized pull out bed in the large comfortable couch. This space is versatile, and can be used for many purposes like lounging, watching a show, gaming, reading, or sleeping. From this area there is patio slider door access to the covered lower deck and private Hot Tub. This covered space is perfect for any season! Soak and unwind in the newer Hot Tub with easy two step entry access.

There are also two additional Master Bedroom Suites downstairs.
The first one is equipped with a King sized bed, a flat-screen TV, DVD/VCR player and large windows with more lovely views of the surrounding natural landscape.
The attached bathroom has double vanity sinks and tub/shower combo.

The second Master Suite downstairs is equipped with 2 twin sized beds with twin trundles, a flat-screen TV, DVD/VCR player and more view windows!
The associated bathroom has a tub shower combo with separation from the single vanity space.

Great family stay

Cozy and accommodating house for families with small children. House was not the cleanest we have stayed in, but it was fine since we had little children with us and it felt already lived in. The second level balcony rail was not very secure just FYI but otherwise it was a great house for a long weekend with kids.

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay and the layout of the home. Each family unit had their own bedroom and bathroom. Host was quick to respond to our need for additional kitchen garbage bags. SHARC passes and bikes were awesome. Would stay again!!

A nice friendly house

House was very private and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to the SHARK and village. It was great to have three full bathrooms. Got a little warm with no AC, but lots of big windows to cool it down during the evening.

Overall a Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the cooking supplies that we needed and plenty of plates, cups, and silverware so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher repeatedly. The living room furniture, carpet, and upstairs bathroom fixtures could use some updating as they are starting to show some wear. Overall the unit was very clean. The only place that could have used some more attention to cleaning was the fixtures in the upstairs master shower, they were white with hard-water stains and there was black mildew around the soap holder and tub jets. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Well equipped, great location

The location was excellent, short ride to the SHARC. The afternoon sun really heats up this property. We were lucky and brought an AC unit to help after reading the reviews. Good floorplan, Instructions could be put in a more obvious place, they were on the side of the fridge, I just don't look at the side of a fridge that often. Cleaning wasn't great, old/ moldy food under chairs and couch. And although there are plenty of bikes, as reviewed most are for smaller sized people so we took turns on bike outings. Overall a nice rental.

Good Property

We enjoyed staying at the property and had no major issues. My main comment would be to replace a few of the bicycles. At least two of them did not have working breaks (as some in our party found out the hard way) and none of the bikes were the appropriate size for someone who was taller than 5'8. Given that biking for children and adults is central to the Sunriver experience, I think having at least a few good bikes for each size of person is important.

The property was in a great location. That's the good. The floors in kitchen and the carpets were all very dirty. The had a cleaning crew in, as the toilets and sinks were all clean, but they did not do a good job. There was candy in the sheets in the twin beds, and socks in the hideaway bed, as well as no sheets for that bed. We still enjoyed SunRiver, one of our favorite places, but the house was sub par. To bad. Gotta stay on your cleaning crew, etc.

Great layout for 2 families, but needs some updates

Pros: with two masters, both with King beds, plus a bunk room it was a perfect layout for two families. It's in a convenient location and comes with 8 passes to the SHARC which we used daily. There are bikes provided which is we love for our Sunriver stays. Cons: it wasn't the cleanest. The under bunks were full of crumbs and food when we pulled them out, we had to change the bedding before using them. It was nice that they provided extra bedding, but the throw blankets were dirty with pet and human hair, it was pretty gross. There are maybe 2 bikes out of the 10 that adults can use. Most of the bikes fit a 5 or 6-year-old, even our 12-year-olds were having a hard time finding one that wasn't ridiculously small. So when you read "10 bikes included" consider it more like 3 usable bikes for anyone over the age of 6. They are in poor shape - we were repairing bikes to keep them rolling throughout our stay. Overall - we made it work, but will likely be looking for a different rental next time.

Great Vacation Home

We had to spend a little extra time indoors due to the smoke Central Oregon has been dealing with, and this home had a great layout to accommodate our four kids. Two living areas, one up and one down, meant people could spread out and have different indoor activities (not something we have done much in Sunriver before!). Three spacious bedrooms, a great hot tub, kitchen with a large dining table and also including a bar counter with space for two... Beautiful views of the trees out the large windows, easy keyless entry. The smoke did clear and we enjoyed rafting the Deschutes, going into the Village (with masks), running and biking the trails, and more.

Great summer week in Sunriver

The week and the home were super. All the amenities and supplies worked out very well. Just one issue that kept review from 5 star. On hot summer days (highs were in the lower 90s) the main second story deck has no tree shade in the afternoon making it unusable with heat reflecting off the wood even under a table umbrella. We made it work, by spending time on the lower deck in the afternoons.

Fabulous accommodations and location

The way the home is set up, it’s like a separate house on each floor! 3.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, two living rooms with flat screen TVs and ample seating. Our three high school girls loved having the lower level, and hot tub access, to themselves. The only thing to know is that while it does have 10 bikes, 7 of them are for elementary aged children. Well stocked kitchen, huge private deck off the back with no rear neighbor. Will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits.

It would have been nice if the house cleaners had spent a little more time and removed the cobwebs, as an example there was a cobweb that covered about a third of the skylight over the entryway.
