Villa Marna is a 4-bedroom modern villa located in the peaceful residential area of Split next to the beautiful park-forest Marjan. Hosting affluent clientele looking for luxury furnished, modern and fully equipped estates, villa is ideally located for clients that want to experience Split and its attractive surroundings.

Ground Floor:
This area consists of two large living rooms, library room, bathroom and a completely equipped open kitchen (a cooker, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a freezer, a dishwasher). South entrance to a beautiful open veranda overlooking a south part of the city with partial sea views. Porch includes seating furniture for relaxing. West entrance to big garden, olive tree hill and swimming pool area including sunbeds and umbrellas (plot of 750 sq.m.).

First Floor:
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet is spread over the sea side of the house providing beautiful views of the sea and the city. Beautiful large balcony with a breath-taking view. Bathroom includes both shower and a bath with underfloor heating.There are additional 2 double bedrooms (city and sea view or garden/swimming pool view), each one with en-suite bath-room with underfloor heating and walk-in closet. Additional laundry room.

Second Floor:
(Loft)Large suite is spread across the whole second floor consisting of: double bed, living area with a pull-out couch for children, bathroom, seaside terrace and park-view terrace.

Basement:
Fitness area, storage and additional bathroom.

Garage:
Parking spots for 5 cars and additional outdoor parking space.

Incredible villa, amazing staff

This villa is incredible! Absolutely stunning. Huge property, great pool, witch we didn't use since it is winter time, lovely lounge area in the garden. Close to everything. Location is perfect in the centre. Hamdy was very helpful and rest of the staff. Thanks guys for this short but beautiful stay.

Short but great stay!

We had such beautiful time in Split. Villa is perfect located. Walking distance to the center old town. Has fully equipped kitchen, rooms are spacious and clean, baths also. We didn't use pool since it is winter time but the garden is amazing. Definitely we will be back again and would like to recommend to all. Thank you guys for everything

"Excellent villa"

As my friend said before this was great stay and we really enjoy it in the villa. Location is perfect, rooms spacious, living room also, kitchen fully equipped and the outdoors amazing. Everything is neat and clean.

Incredibly Elegant

Hamdy was great, and was instrumental in us figuring out the best things to do with the time we had. We chose to stay here for our family vacation and it was just incredible. The villa itself is a pleasure to spend time in. The elegant architecture with the rustic backdrop of split, the Marjan forest and the Adriatic sea was astounding. Nestled high up, the property gave us a good sense of privacy and security, but we could easily and quickly access the surrounding city, which we did quite often via car ride, which was just a couple minutes. Would most definitely come back!
