Spend your days strolling around the lake and cool nights gathered around the beautiful stone fireplace. This three-level home has all the comforts of home and will be the highlight of your vacation. Easily prepare big family meals in the large modern kitchen or host a cookout with the grill. The hardest part about this vacation will be leaving! Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
Firewood not provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Owners boat will be in dock slip but guests can tie up to end if they rent a boat for the day. Dock available Memorial day thru Labor Day. The docks normally get taken out in October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our Family Christmas Gift

It was challenging deciding on a property, but we absolutely made the right choice! The house & location worked out perfectly for our family. Four bedrooms with baths was just what we needed. Being 15 minutes from Wisp worked well because this was our Skiing Trip! The views of Deep Creek Lake from the house were beautiful!

My opinion

Loved the house but there were some problems. I had to call almost everyday. WIFI terrible, cleaning disgusting, bathrooms disgusting and the hot tub was filthy. They cleaed the Hot Tub, but we had to clean up the house. Lights were not working properly. At the prices you charge for these places, things should be perfect or should I say almost perfect. We rented a place for next year and not from you.

Beautiful views

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Admittedly a home much too big for the two of us, but we will likely stay here again. The view of the lake in the fall was amazing. The master bedroom is enormous. None of the rooms are small. Large TV in the main level living room and another on the bottom level. Hot tub is large and mostly private. Kitchen is big with an open view to the dining area and living room - perfect for entertaining if you have a larger group staying in the home. Can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful!!!

My family and I, all 11 of us, recently stayed at this rental and had a wonderful time! The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us and there was plenty of extra room for the 4 kids to play. A great location and property that we hope to return to next summer.
