Extensive oceanfront decks provide a wonderful view of the ocean and overlook the pool area as well. This convenient location offers easy access to the 5-mile-long walk path and bike path for the jogger, skater or biker in every family.

Issues

The pool is leaking and very dirty. I filled it myself with the hose to the middle of the skimmers and by the next am the water level was below the skimmer. The grills are horrid and not even usable. We had to wash the silverware, dishes, pots and pans as they were still greasy and/or had caked food on them. The dining room table was sticky and when we wiped it off the dirt was gross. The view was amazing but other than that the house, pool, grill etc were very disappointing.

Whalebone Station

Very nice property. On the beach, with a pool, hot tub and three full floors of living space. Large enough for an entire large group to enjoy. Lots of space.

Overall the house has everything needed.

The company that rented the property was great. The house wasn’t very clean on arrival. The dishwashers need a good cleaning. There was mold on the back of shower curtains. The floor was full of sand and the kitchen/living area needed scrubbing. My babies were dirty when crawling on the floor. I ended up mopping. The pool wad great and also the outside shower. The walk to the beach wasn’t easy… overall the house gave us a wonderful vacation.

Nags Head vacation

Overall the property was very nice. Had a few issues, air-conditioning went out, wifi didn't work very well at all and vents didn't look like they had been cleaned in years. Location is awesome and the beach is fantastic.
