Villa of 200 m2 for 6 people max. Heated swimming pool (with roller shutter) of 5x10 on enclosed 1200 m2 landscaped grounds located 100 meters from Platin Beach.
Access to immediate cycle track, 600 meters from downtown and shops.
Equipped American kitchen, 2 large living rooms, 1 overlooking the swimming pool and the other on a shaded terrace.
Dining room opening onto a covered terrace equipped with plancha.
The house also has a winter veranda.
4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor (2 160 beds) and 2 upstairs (2 140 beds).
2WC, ground floor and upper floor.
1 powder room on the ground floor and 1 bathroom upstairs.
