Classified 4*, this peaceful accommodation with its neat decoration offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a quiet area close to the beaches.
The 5 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people: 4 double beds, 1 in 160cm, 3 in 140cm and 2 single beds in 90cm. All bedrooms have storage space.
There are 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

New villa of 2024, of 120m2 and which is located on a fully enclosed, secure plot of land closed by an electric gate.

The villa is very bright with large bay windows and with a view of the pool from the living room, the master bedroom and the 2 bedrooms upstairs.

- A swimming pool facing south-west, 7m x 3m x 1.40m deep, secured by an electric curtain, open and heated from mid-June to the end of August depending on the outside temperatures and the weather. If rain, wind and temperature are too cold, the pool will not be heated (overconsumption of electricity)
- A garage with washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric metre, storage (impossible to enter a vehicle)

All rooms are equipped with mattress and pillow protectors, duvets 220x240cm for double beds, 140x200cm for single beds and pillows 60x60cm.

You pay a "cleaning" fee which includes:
- the costs of cleaning and disinfecting the accommodation between each rental.
It is done by professionals and allows us to bring the accommodation back into compliance according to our requirements.

Paying this flat rate does not exempt you from contributing to the various tasks (not very restrictive and fast) that are written into the internal regulations.

Sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, household products.

ATTENTION: the pool is open and heated from mid-June to the end of August and depending on the weather (if storm or other bad weather the pool will not be able to reach the requested temperature, please be indulgent at this level)
For the safety of children, it is mandatory to close the curtain and the fasteners. When opening the pool, it is mandatory to remove the fasteners before activating the opening otherwise the fasteners will break. If these are broken at the start, a deduction can be made from your deposit in order to repair them.
