Our Apartment Tbis is located on the 1st floor in the private residence, classified and starred (R. Hôtelière) "Les Boucaniers" in Saint-François (Residence with swimming pool)
The very light and ventilated and air conditioned apartment of a real capacity of 4 people + 1 (baby), has a loggia overlooking the tropical garden side kitchen and sea view marina side entrance.
It consists :

- an independent closed space composed of 2 beds bunk beds with large dressing room
- a fully equipped kitchen:

(Chocolate-tea-coffee welcome pads provided...)
- a bathroom w-c-hair dryer

Perfect location and lovely property

Roger and Christelle were very communicative and just a lovely host couple. The apartment is really functional and we enjoyed our time there very much. The swimming pool at this property is top notch and provided refreshment to us daily. The appliances are very good and we had everything we needed. Wonderful memories all the way around

Douche vraiment pas a la hauteur le pommeau était cassé et j ai du en racheter un pour prendre une douche correcte de plus après chaque douche il faut éponger car pas de rideau de douche les WC ne sont pas adaptés car il y a la réserve d eau ingénieuse en cas de coupure d eau mais très mal placé... on s écorche les jambes a cause du robinet de puisage juste devant La baie vitré qui mène au balcon est cassée et on ne peut la fermer aisement que de l extérieur et encore quand les roulements ne coincent pas Le wifi est vraiment nul car le débit a chuté d un coup durant le séjour impossible de retrouver un débit utilisable pour regarder Netflix par exemple La literie des enfants plis adaptés a des enfant en bas âges plutôt que a des adolescents Sinon le reste ca va merci pour votre accueil revoir ces points et ca sera parfait

Agréable séjour a la résidence Les Boucaniers.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour a la résidence Les Boucaniers. Merci a Cristelle et Roger d 'avoir été a l écoute de nos besoins avec rapidité et efficacité. La résidence est trés bien située près des services qui peuvent se faire a pied ou en auto. La piscine est un bel atout pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. La kitchenette est bien équipée pour cuisiner et est très propre. Merci pour ce beau séjour nous n' avons aucune hésitation a y revenir.l'année prochaine. Chantal et Georges.

Beau séjour

Appartement conforme à la description, très bon accueil de la part de Christelle qui nous a laissé des petites courses au frigo et un panier de fruits pour notre premier petit-déjeuner et qui nous a également conseillé sur certains points avant notre arrivée. Emplacement aux portes de la Marina avec restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché à 5min à pied. Résidence propre et très calme. Seul bémol, la réserve d'eau qui n'est pas fonctionnelle comme cela est mentionné dans l'annonce, nous avons eu deux coupures d'eau dont une de plus de 12h et il n'est pas agréable de rentrer après une grosse journée de randonnée et de se retrouver sans eau toute la nuit ni de devoir aller prendre des sceaux d'eau de la piscine pour faire office de chasse d'eau...

Agréable séjour, situation idéale, appart cosy.

Arrivée vraiment très bien gérée, avec ce qu'il faut pour commencer les vacances.. café, thé, sucre, ainsi que les basiques pour l'entretien. Départ facilité par un ménage de fin de séjour, une corvée de moins! Appartement cosy, joliment décoré, fonctionnel, il ne manque rien pour y passer d'excellentes vacances. La situation de l'appartement est idéale, à 50 mètres de la marina et de ses nombreux restaurants et départs d'activités. Un seul bémol : aux abords de la piscine, une femme d'un certain âge, qui réside sur place, se montre franchement désagréable avec les enfants. Plusieurs mamans, dont moi-même, en ont fait les frais. Un jeune père y jouait en compagnie de sa fille de 5/6 ans, quand cette dame, très contrariée par les rires, lui a conseillé de(ne pas)l'étouffer... Ambiance ! Mais à part ça, l'eau de la piscine est parfaite, et les jardins luxuriants. C'est vrai , le logement n'est pas très grand, mais la terrasse/cuisine/pièce-à-vivre de cet appartement est un atout. et puis, avec un climat comme ça, on est tout le temps dehors ! De chouettes vacances, un logement d'un honnête rapport qualité-prix, à recommander en général et surtout pour son emplacement !

Très bel appartement au bout de la marina, très propre et très fonctionnel. La résidence est très calme et la piscine est appréciée par les enfants. Nous avons passé un séjour à la hauteur de nos espérances. Pour visiter grande terre c’est pratique. Par contre, étant donné qu’il est tout au bout de saint François, cela fait un peu loin pour basse terre. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre de cette résidence bien arborée très calme proche malgré de la Marina et du golf Son emplacement permet de tout faire à pied Le studio est joliment décoré et la literie très confortable La présence d’une réserve d’eau est un plus qui permet de ne pas se soucier des coupures d’eau Cindy est très à l’écoute et hyper réactive Nous resterons pouvoir renouveler notre séjour dans 2 ans !!!!

J’ai passé deux semaines de vacances avec mes enfants, studio très agréable, calme, ensoleillé le matin , identique aux photos du site. Mes enfants se sont régalés dans le piscine.
