Our freshly renovated, one level patio home is ready for our guests to enjoy! Only 4 blocks from Old Town! Close to restaurants, 2 major grocery stores, Starbucks, sports facilities, art galleries and so much more.....

Designed in the 60's, this home has been elegantly and thoughtfully renovated while keeping the cool Scottsdale architecture we love! Since this quiet end unit home faces the Indian Bend Wash, we like to say we have 'waterfront property'. The original interior atriums bring sunshine into the home, as do the added skylights. Two large bedrooms, EACH with KING beds, private bathrooms, smart TVs and walk in closets means everyone gets the best room in house. The master bedroom (we have named it the Sunset Room) has a King Stearns & Foster mattress set and private access to the back patio, a perfect spot for morning coffee. The front bedroom (Sunrise Room) has a top of the line Beautyrest mattress set and patio doors that lead out to its own cozy sitting area. You can watch the sun rise from the bed out across the Wash!

The kitchen is open concept and comes complete with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Appliances include a blender, toaster, crock pot, Breville espresso machine, raclette oven and more. A convenient wine bar is a fun and functional addition to the dining area. Seating is for up to 8 people. A wood burning fireplace is a welcoming feature in the large comfy living room. You'll also find a desk and laser printer should you need to get a bit of work done while away or wish to print out tickets, etc.

The patio is fully enclosed by a privacy wall and is the perfect place to enjoy quiet evenings having dinner and drinks. A new Char-Broil electric grill is provided for you and easy to use.

Other special features include Mikasa bone china, Persian and Gabbeh rugs, designer bedding, full size washer and dryer, extra large bath sheets and original artwork throughout! If we don't have something you need, let us know. Our goal is to provide everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Small, well-behaved dogs must be pre-approved and will require a refundable pet deposit and additional cleaning fee.

There is a lovely heated, gated pool and hot tub approx 50 steps from your front door. Take your frozen margaritas and extra large striped pool towels down to the loungers and enjoy the warm Scottsdale sunshine or wait until evening and have a soak after a full day of golf and hiking. You decide, it's your holiday!

Amenities within walking distance include a Basha’s Supermarket, several coffee shops, restaurants, beauty salons, art galleries, etc. A lovely park for walks is just steps from your front door.

This established community is home to many long term owners and is a well maintained complex. Out of respect for our neighbours, we trust our guests will treat our home as if it were their own.
