Check in process is terrible. Clean property but we dealt with large roaches for our entire stay.

We rented this unit for our Honeymoon. This property was very clean and in a safe location but the check in process is TERRIBLE! There was no information about what unit we were staying in, an address or anything prior to our arrival (which Customs was asking me for). We had to get help from a random local to find the HOA office but they had no idea who Ana Cordova was. The communication prior to check in was very poor. We were not given a WIFI password until we called about the large roaches in the unit and the bed is very uncomfortable. The unit is adorable and Bimini is beautiful but I don’t think I would stay with this owner again. Hopefully this review will prompt some changes that will make this property amazing! I don’t like leaving a poor review but I wouldn’t want another couple on their Honeymoon to deal with the aggravation that we did.

Cozy and Comfortable Stay!

We enjoyed our stay on this property. It was clean and just as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the additional seating in the room made it feel very spacious for having guests. I loved the decor and the property manager helped us when we had questions. If you have a later check-in I recommend discussing that with the owner beforehand. Otherwise, make sure you are able to check into the HOA office by 5 PM. We will be back and look forward to renting this property again during our next trip to Bimini!
