Beautiful and peaceful

A nice and fresh apartment, located 5 minutes from the beach Plage du Val, and 5 minutes from the square in Rothéneuf with a grocery store, bakery and café. Beautiful nature and peaceful place. Not many non-French tourists, very genuine French resort. Busstop just below the apartment, just 2 per person, and 20 min by bus to Saint-Malo Intra Muros. Smooth and easy contact upon arrival and departure. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre appartement :-). Très bonne communication. Beaucoup d'informations sont fournies avant notre arrivée. L'appartement est idéalement situé près d'une très belle plage et dans une résidence calme. Vue agréable sur la rade de Saint-Malo de l'appartement. Tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous espérons pouvoir revenir chez vous en vacances prochainement.

Prachtige plek voor zee/strand/wandelingen.

Een fijne rustige plek . Goede voorzieningen. Huis heeft een eigen persoonlijke sfeer. Er is geen wifi . Internetverbinding niet optimaal. Matrassen vrij hard. Luc de host is heel vriendelijk . Prachtige wandelingen gemaakt langs de zee . Dit kan ook bij andere plaatsen . Heel verrassend .

Ein Urlaub wie er schöner nicht sein kann ....

Der Aufenthalt in Rotheneuf hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, sogar noch mehr. Lage des Appartements: 3. Stock, der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer Sonnenaufgang, Sonnenuntergang aus dem Wintergarten, mit Blick auf Rotheneuf und das Meer. Die Wohnung wurde liebevoll und perfekt renoviert, man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Mr. Luc hat uns gut betreut. Die uns umgebende Landschaft ist einfach atemberaubend schön, Rotheneuf ein guter Ausgangspukt für Wanderungen auf den Zöllnerwegen, sogar nach St. Malo kann man per pedes gelangen. Das Fazit unserer Reise: immer wieder Bretagne!!!

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, toller Blick

Eines sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick über die Bucht zur Altstadt. Nach links in Laufweite der ganze riesige Strand der Hauptbucht und direkt die Wiese runter der wunderbare kleine Strand von Rothneuf. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Herzlichen Dank!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die liebevoll eingerichtet ist

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Ein- und Auschecken mit Luc war sehr angenehm. Es gibt vielfältige Ausflugsziele die auch gut mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar sind.

Parfait !

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pour nos vacances. Nous étions 2 adultes avec 2 enfants. La vue est magnifique et l appartement est très bien équipé. Accès rapide à la plage avec le portillon. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux par Luc. Merci !

Bonjour, Logement agréable et propre. Superbe accueil ! Situé à 2 min de la plage à pied, proche d'un supermarché (en voiture ou à vélo). Pleins de balades à faire à pied ! Avons testé le resto "La Table de Louise" à Rothéneuf, top ! Si vous aimez la pêche à pied, profitez-en ! Si vous aimez le calme, Rothéneuf est un endroit propice à ça. Je recommande le logement et le lieu !

Parfait

L’appartement est suffisamment grand et bien agencé pour une famille de 4. Il y a tout le nécessaire. La vue est absolument superbe et l’accès à la plage par le portillon est un vrai plus. Les sentiers côtiers sont magnifiques et on peut tout faire à pied. Luc, qui nous a accueilli, est d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité rare. Merci

3ème séjour dans cette location, que de belles surprises ! Appartement très propre, un gestionnaire très sympa pour la remise de nos clés et notre départ, il est à l’écoute pour nos besoins ! Merci encore.. endroit calme et logement tout bien équipé. Nous allons certainement revenir pour la 4 eme fois dès que possible. Nous le recommandons..

Mooie ervaring

Vriendelijke meneer die ons ontving. Jammer dat we pas de laatste dag er achter kwamen dat er links v/h app vlakbij een bakkerij en café was. Reizen met de bus vlak aan de deur is een aanrader.

Très bonnes explications par le propriétaire, très bon accueil par Luc, très disponible. Appartement très propre, lumineux, très bien équipés, très bien situés : à 2 pas de la plage , vue sur mer du balcon et sur St Malo. Arrêt de bus à proximité et commerces . Impeccable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est très propre ainsi que le parc de la résidence. La vue du balcon sur la mer est très appréciable, orienté a l'ouest parfait pour les couchers de soleil! L'accès à la plage a 2 min est un vrai +. Quelques jeux de plage a disposition ainsi que des produits de 1ere nécessité, et le petit + : la bouteille de prosecco au frais pour l'arrivée, petite attention sympa. Bon accueil de la part de Luc. Nous gardons l'adresse sous le coude. 👍

Génial séjour

Voilà un second séjour très agréable. Appartement très propre et super agréable , des commerces et bus si on veut pas prendre sa voiture pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Saint Malo.
