Family house type "Californian Beach" year 60, ideally placed halfway between the Ocean and Mimbeau beach (10 minutes walk to Le Bassin et Océan!), "Obispo" district, about 120m2. Rental 5 days minimum.
Exceptional layout halfway between the Dunes and the Basin.
Located towards the Pointe just before 44Ha.
End of the bay window renovation at the end of May 2015.
Extension of a fully equipped 18m2 kitchen in August 2016, with circular pine terrace.
Particular path leading to the house plunged into a forest of pines and strawberry trees.

maison agréable et bien placée

maison calme et bien équipée à 10 mn à pied des plages océanes ou du bassin, 10 mn en vélo du centre. Rénovation en cours mais parfaitement habitable. Attention si vous avez un chien, le jardin n'est pas clos.

Vacances en famille réussie !

Encore 2 très belles semaines passées au Cap, dans une maison à l'abris des regards, au milieu des pins et suffisamment spacieuse pour nos 2 familles. La nouvelle cuisine est très bien équipée et nous nous sommes régalés de poissons à la plancha tous les jours. l’accueil fut très sympatrique, et réactif quand nous en avons eu besoin. Nous avons bien profité de toutes les plages - facilement accessibles à pieds (Mimbeau ou la pointe ) ou en vélo pour la plus loin (des américains)- 15 min environ. Le terrasse est plutôt ombragée ce qui permet d'y déjeuner. Le most : la douche extérieure : super quand on revient de la plage.! très bonne idée. juste à améliorer: le fil à linge ! (plus grand et robuste pour supporter le poids des serviettes de bain :) Je recommande cette location à toutes les familles ou entre amis.
