Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with large spacious indoor area with two huge outdoor decks, one in front of the house and one in the back. Walking distance to the refreshing lake beach, short drive to the other lake beach. Great walking neighborhood. Short distance to Yosemite park, gated access, new carpets, new paint, new floors, new furniture. Very pleasant and super enjoyable way to recharge in the confines of the great outdoors.

Really great economical place to stay !

We went to Yosemite national park and stayed at this location. House is in gated community and it’s safe. It ended up snowing in Yosemite in May end so we stayed one whole day in house. It got DVD player, fire pit along with great selection of movies. If you have atnt connection then might not get phone range and there is no internet in house. Rooms were pretty big and clean.overall an economical place to stay for 4-6 ppl. There is lake at walkable distance so in early morning walk to lake is nice and enjoying.

Sorely in need of repair and updating

I hate to write a poor review of anything, but feel it's important to point out inaccuracies in this property listing, which says that everything is "new." The 2 decks are on their last legs, with nailheads sticking up and doors that are sagging on their hinges. The carpet and floor in the guest bath are stained, the dining table is so rickety that it shakes when you cut food, curtains are falling off Command hooks in the master bedroom, the faucet in the sink is broken, and the lighting is so poor that it is almost impossible to read. The one photo of the living area showing a nice well, lit area is really deceptive. The home was pretty clean, thank goodness, but the owners belongings were in the closets and drawers, which made it seem like they never rented the place. Finally, there were no instructions about the house or the area, which would have been helpful as first-time visitors. Sadly, I cannot recommend this home as a rental.

We politely disagree. Not sure where this person has stayed before but the decks are not on the last legs. Maybe a nail or two comes up but nothing like she suggests. The carpet is less than a year old. Rentals have done small areas of damage but nothing like she suggests. There are many lights you just need to turn them on. The picture is not deceptive it was taken during the day. This is a great place on a huge lot with water access steps away. We politely disagree with this guests assessments. This is our first bad review. We have had many other guests whose experience strongly contradicts these opinions. Sorry to hear this review but can’t get hung up on haters

November Yosemite Retreat

The property was very quiet. Couldn't hear any of the neighbors. The local deer family came by every morning as well as a flock of turkeys. The internet was great and the TVs were nice sized to watch Netflix in the evenings when we came back from Yosemite. Nice size for my wife, 3kids, and myself.
