Set in a private, tranquil location this beautiful villa is an idyllic holiday option. The best beaches of the Island (Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida etc.) are at just 5 minutes from the house. Includes 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, large 23 meters swimming pool. The house was built in 1964 by architect Ribas and was one of the first architect's villas on the island.

The Villa offers a large garden with a brand new huge swimming pool (23 meters long, with Salt water chlorination), and lots of outdoor spaces and terraces to enjoy unbelievable meals under the stars during your holiday in Ibiza.

Completely renovated in 2016, The Moreneta is exquisitely finished and furnished. Combining classic vintage furniture with more contemporary kitchen and bathroom fittings, it's an amazing and peaceful place to stay.

Architect Ribas designed the villa Moreneta to create a peaceful retreat for his family. Close attention was used to employ natural cross ventilation, so even in the warmer.
Even if the house has been fully renovated, the original structure, so you will enjoy modern facilities, but still feel the charming atmosphere of the '60ies.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 3 ovens (one oversize professional Gaggenau oven), 2 dishwasher machines (Miele), 2 fridges and freezer, Nespresso machine, etc.
