Great location and views. Dave, the villa manager was super helpful and friendly. Provided recommendations to local restaurants and made bookings on our behalf. Villa and pool were clean and spacious and helpful things like dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies provided. Great stay, we’ll be back.

Beautiful home with absolutely amazing views!

We had a great stay at Es Cuco with our family of 5. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the villa had most everything we needed (high chair, baby crib) and the views are spectacular. Great location within an easy drive to supermarkets, stores and some of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The roof top is great for sunset cocktails! Few notes: one of the AC's is not functioning properly (also, you pay extra for having AC), beach towels are extra $ and there are no beach toys or kids toys so bring your own if you're staying with children. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Belle vue, emplacement parfait, prestations pas au niveau

La maison est idéalement placée à proximité immédiate de San Antonio et des plages de Cala Bassa ou Cala Tarida et Cala Comte. La piscine et les différentes terrasses sont très agréables. Cependant, la Clim (indispensable) payable en cash (100€) et en option nous a paru inappropriée, d’autant qu’elle fonctionnait mal. Aussi, les prestations et équipements de la maison n’étaient vraiment pas au niveau du prix même si, à plusieurs reprises, Careen est venue pour réparer ou amener des éléments défaillants et / ou manquants. Ceci dit, à ce prix là, nous aurions aimé une prestation plus haut de gamme et un vrai Check in, plutôt que de devoir passer la moitié du séjour à réclamer des articles basiques (tasses, assiettes, couverts…) Bonnes vacances dans l’ensemble.

La Villa está en perfectas condiciones y en una ubicación muy buena con excelentes vistas. El personal ha sido muy atento y servicial. Sin duda, es para repetir.

Perfect long weekend in Ibiza

This villa was perfect for our girls short break in Ibiza to celebrate a 50th. Villa was lovely, location was brilliant (5 minute walk to the supermarket and 45 minute walk to beautiful Cala Bassa). On a bus route to all locations. Would highly recommend this property.

Einfach nur fantastisch, exzellent

Die private Villa ist der absolute Hammer. Wir haben dort eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche etc. Alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Der Pool genial. Die Villa kann man sehr empfehlen. Die Übergabe vor Ort war reibungslos. Das Team sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank

Beautiful private villa , cheap taxi to San an town . Amazing views & rooftop terrace . Supermarket & restaurant 5min walk ! Nick & Andy couldn’t be more helpful ! Great communication before & middle of stay . We will definitely back to es cuco villa . Thanks again

Villa Es Cuco has the best sunset ever!

‘Great house with various terraces around so you can always sit in the sun (or in the shade in high season). Clear blue pool and magnificent BBQ sitting area to eat together with friends. Within walking distance a supermarket with, in my opinion, the best butcher in the area where you can buy Picanha. Bedrooms are fine, the kitchen has a dishwasher and with the alarm it feels safe. Also enough sunbeds around the pool. The house is close to my favorite beaches such as Cala Bassa Beach club and Torrent. And then, as the most amazing part; THE WIDE VIEUW (especially from the roof terrace) is really amazing. See the sun sink into the sea from your own villa, drink in your hand sitting on the steps of your pool! .... I want to go back again......’ Winny (from the Netherlands)
