There is also a COFFEE bar and a WINE bar, which will provide the perfect place to store your favorite selections. Parking fee is determined by our HOA and is subject to change. One parking pass is provided with your booking, You are allowed to purchase a second parking pass For an additional fee. The parking pass is valid for your full stay, up to 30 days.
The condo offers 2 MASTER SUITES, with both bedrooms having direct access to en-suite bathrooms. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably with the new queen sleeper sofa. It also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large private balcony is curved and offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable patio furnishings provide the perfect spot to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise, or to catch the magnificent sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings. This unit is OWNER OPERATED. ONE BEDROOM with king bed and en-suite bath. SECOND BEDROOM with queen bed and en-suite bath that can also access the living area. NEW AC NEW QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA WITH CHAISE lounger. KEYLESS ENTRY (no stopping to get keys or hassle with keys on beach). NEW STAINLESS APPLIANCES in kitchen with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. LOW DENSITY, FAMILY ORIENTED COMPLEX (less people to share pool and beach with). WOODEN WALKWAY to the beach with very few steps to the sand and the water's edge. NEW KING SIZE BED in master bedroom which also offers PRIVATE BALCONY access, and en-suite bathroom that is updated with a CUSTOM TILED SHOWER. There is also a desk/sit down vanity in the master bedroom. For those that need a work area or a place to sit down and get ready for dinner! NEW BATHROOM VANITIES in both bathrooms with GRANITE CONTERTOPS. FLAT SCREEN TV'S and DVD players in living room and both bedrooms. Smart TV's in Living Room and Master bedroom. We also offer 2 Alexa devices for for your entertainment! They can always be unplugged if you don't wish to use them. HEATED INDOOR and OUTDOOR POOL with swim through access. 3rd Floor offers EXERCISE room, a GAME room, a STEAM ROOM AND SAUNA for guests to enjoy. 2 HOT TUBS, one indoor and one outdoor. GRILLING AREA FOR GUESTS with charcoal grills. First come first serve BIKE RACK. Don't forget your beach towels and binoculars for watching the Dolphins! We offer a stocked kitchen that includes basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker, and a crock pot. We provide start up packs of toilet paper, soap, and detergent. Pier 33, a Convenience store located across the street, is a great little store that provides all of the extra little things you may need or have forgotten at home. No crowds and no long lines. Parking for up to 2 cars with Parking permits. Permits must be filled out and displayed on windshield. There are also some covered parking spots that are first come first serve. GULF SHORES is Alabama's original beach town, Small town BIG BEACH. It has been a beloved spot for families to gather for many years. Island Royale is centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals, and shopping. It's only minutes to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.
Uber and Lyft is available in the area! No Busses unless you are going to the casino in Biloxi MS (day trips). You can take the ferry to get across Mobile Bay and visit nearby Dauphin Island. You can rent a bicycle from Island Outfitters located a couple blocks from our complex, or you can bring your own bike. Getting around on bikes is easy with bike lanes on the street and extra wide sidewalks. Lots of people walk to their destinations, or of course get there by automobile or Taxi service. Also close to airports in neighboring Mobile and Pensacola.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE One parking pass is included with your stay and must be displayed on windshield while vehicles are parked on the premises. An additional 2nd parking pass can be purchased. The cost for the parking pass is determined by our HOA and is subject to change. There are some covered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. There is parking on the first and second level. You will be required to submit a copy of your drivers license, provide a contact number, mailing address, email address and sign our rental agreement to complete your reservation.
This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.
**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.
*** All Guest will be required to provide credit card information for their security deposit. A $300 security hold we will be placed on your credit card on file two days before you arrive and will be released after you depart if there are no damages
***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. The location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, plus little details we didn't realize we needed. The owner was great and we would definitely stay there again!
Everything was as expected. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. All pictures were accurate and property management had great communication.
Had a great time. Condo was clean and was decorated nice. The views were amazing and we watched the dolphins from the balcony most mornings. Location was convenient for what we wanted to do. It was nice that most of the attractions were within walking distance. We would most definitely stay there again.

Our stay Island Royale 1102 "Coastal Retreat."
Excellent accommodations and the owners are excellent host's who go out of their way to ensure a great experience!
Property was as advertised & Rebekah went above and beyond to accommodate us. We got to meet her & her husband which was a bonus the owners being there next door. They recommended local places to eat in which I think we tried 4 of them and all were delicious & they also helped us locate a boat rental for a day out. Which was great!! Will defiantly use them again!
We came in the Sunday after Thanksgiving so her regular cleaning lady was out and the girl filling in accidently cleaned the wrong condo so 1102 wasn't ready when we got there. Within about 15 minutes the problem was solved and we were able to stay in her 3 br condo next door(1101). Both are very nice, very well decorated and stocked but what will make me come back is the amazing customer service Rebekah provided. Thank you and God bless!

Ladies getaway!
You won’t be disappointed! The condo was very clean. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. So are the beds in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and other kitchen wares if you’re inclined to cook. If not there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance one of them being the Hangout! Loved winding down at the end of the day in the hot tub or heated pool! Watching the Sunrises and Sunset from the beach was such a relaxing experience. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay.

Family vacation!
This condo has everything! It’s so cute and updated! So comfortable that we felt right at home! This condo is so close to everything that gulf shores has to offer! We had great weather! The beach was beautiful! If you have children go have breakfast one morning at the Hang out with the pirates and princesses! It was so cute!!
We will definitely book this condo for our next beach trip!

Why they chose this property
We originally thought we wanted to purchase a condo in Orange Beach because it was closer to Florida... That was until we began shopping and we stayed at a few condos on that end. The beaches were crowded. The streets were busy, and it just didn't feel right. Then we drove down to Gulf Shores. It is truly a little Beach Town! We fell in love with the area. The parks and recreation areas are amazing, the sidewalks were wider, folks were walking and riding bikes. This area was more my style. The Island Royale complex is smaller with less condo units in the building, but it still offered the same amenities as the larger complexes. Indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, steam room and sauna, and an outdoor grilling area. The thing I really noticed was how clean the entrances and walkways were. The maintenance department does a really good job of keeping things looking and smelling nice! Then we walked out onto the balcony. That's what did it for me! The spacious curved balcony offered a panoramic view just in time for the sunset! Still my favorite place to end the day!!!
What makes this property unique
Because there are less condos in this complex it means you will have less people to share the beach with! It's also a very short walk to the water's edge. That means you have less walking through the sand with you beach chairs and umbrellas to stick your toes in the sand and start relaxing!
