Crystal Shores Unit #405...Welcome to paradise! Our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has breathtaking views of the gulf! Our huge, private balcony has a large dining table with four chairs and two adirondack chairs and an ottoman for relaxing!

There's access to the gulf-front balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The views from the kitchen are spectacular as well. When you're standing at the sink, it looks like you're actually directly ON the gulf…all you see if beautiful blue water! And, the living room has beautiful coastal furniture for your comfort. There's also complimentary Wi-Fi and a brand new smart TV in the living room for your enjoyment!

Our kitchen is fully stocked and has new quartz countertops, all new appliances, and new custom cabinets. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to enjoy! We also offer a full-sized washer and dryer…no stackables here!! And, both of our bathrooms have been remodeled as well with new cabinets, new tubs, new toilets and new quartz counter tops! We also have new flooring throughout and the condo has been freshly painted!

Crystal Shores is located minutes from great shopping and restaurants, amusement parks, the zoo, fishing and golf. There's a local general grocery store located directly across the street for your convenience! And, the complex is located less than a mile from Hwy. 59…perfect location!

* Outdoor pool with a waterfall hot tub that leads to an indoor pool that is seasonally heated

* Exercise room & sauna

* Game room with a pool table and foosball for the kids

* Charcoal grills are available for our guest to use but you must bring your own charcoal/starter/lighter

* Rental chaise lounges/umbrellas are available March to October.

* There is a place to leave your beach chairs (if you bring your own) in a beach side storage area. You may want to consider bringing a cable lock to secure them

* Each unit has FOBs provided to you which allow you access to the beach, beach storage, exercise room, game room, pool and hot tub as available

* Maximum occupancy is 6

* No pets

* No smoking in unit or on balcony

* We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age

**Our HOA does not allow RVs or trailers on the property and our maximum occupancy is 6.

*No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

**This reservation includes ONE parking pass. You will need to purchase a parking pass if you plan to park a second vehicle.

Fabulous stay, beautiful view of the ocean, and long walks on the open beach! Host was delightful and in communication as needed. Making repeat reservations for November!!

We had excellent communication before,during, after with our host.The amenities were top notch.The kitchen is especially well stocked for cooking.The view is incredible for sunrise sunset.We will be requesting to stay there again in the future.It is close to everything.

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations and being so close to the beach! We love sitting on the deck in the morning and in the evening We will definitely return.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for the feedback. We always have deep cleans done in the winter / slow season. This unit will be receiving a deep cleaning in about a week. And I understand the convenience of an all-inclusive host, but you normally end up paying more for that convenience (and you might not even use it). Because we're a boutique property management, we're able to keep the costs as low as we reasonably can.
