This 9-bedroom home has a whopping 6500 sq. ft and rests on a super flat Norris Lake shoreline. Beautifully architected CUSTOM BUILT Lakefront HOME, located in the highly desirable Deerfield Resort with first class amenities. You’ll notice the uniqueness of this home from the moment you enter the front door into a massive great room with 25'ceilings and walls of giant windows overlooking Norris Lake and Chuck Swan Wildlife Reserve.

Rare for Norris Lake this home has an acre of flat yard for the kids to run and play and provides a gently slope leading to the private dock. Enjoy stories around the fire pit.

Your private dock has two boat slips with room for extra parked on the outside. The upper deck provides enormous space for everyone to soak up the sun. Due to liability reasons, we cannot provide flotation devices. We do provide the giant floating dock.

The lower-level patio has a hot tub. We actually change the water prior to your arrival.

The enormous great room seamlessly blends into the large kitchen and large dining room. Your family and friends will gather with plenty of space for making memories. If you still need more room, the overly large Lower-Level recreation room doubles your space. Your group will spread out playing games and watching the big game or the latest movies. Soak those bones in your private hot tub >> we really do change the water between rentals.

The camp chefs will love the large, open kitchen. oversized center island, and the gas rage/oven. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sinks add the perfect touch. The outside deck has a huge grill (free gas). For dessert, roast marshmallows over the outside firepit. For low-cost firewood delivery, simply text the number posted on the frig.

These nine bedrooms offers everyone with a comfortable place to rest. The jumbo-sized bunk room provides an unbelievable four sets of double bunk beds and two queen beds AND still has space for the kids to play and watch TV. Make sure to survey the bedroom section for details. Due to ridiculous liability reasons, we cannot provide children related items. They also get recalled the moment we assemble them.

Deerfield Resort offers a FREE community swimming pool (approx 3/4 mile away), a challenging 18 hole "The Greens" (approx 3 miles away), a small airstrip (approx 3.5 miles away) and a winery (approx 3 miles). Please note that some of these amenities may have fees such as aircraft landing fees and golf green fees.
