Upgraded throughout, this Elite, 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom vacation home has it all with spacious living areas, new furniture, and modern decor. Enjoy the luxurious bedroom suites and renovated bathrooms with spectacular, unobstructed water views in every room.

The gourmet cook's dream kitchen features quartz countertops, sleek cabinets, and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully furnished with a combo K-cup and standard coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.

This Skyhome offers 1,333 square feet of space including a 170-square-foot balcony. From the balcony, enjoy magnificient views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound, and endless white dunes looking toward the national seashore.

This condo is equipped with all the conveniences you would find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, washer/dryer and much more. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.

Bedding is a king, king, including a high-end queen gel-infused memory foam mattress sleeper sofa.

This unit's reserved covered parking space is a few steps from the main entrance and elevators.

Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The living room has a 65" Smart HD flat screen TV with free WIFI so you can access your Netflix, Amazon and Hulu accounts. It's also enabled for Chromecast streaming from your computer.

Portofino Resort is the Emerald Coast’s premier destination resort. It consists of 28 acres located on a pristine nature preserve bordering both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. Vacay stay

The pictures list two twin size beds but when we got there there’s only one full size bed in the second room. So one of our boys slept on the couch. The wifi is very slow and we had issues trying to watch tv and movies at night. The resort is in a great location with plenty to do. We loved our views and all the amenities. We will more than likely be back.

Overall we had a great stay with several hiccups in the process. First off- Carrie often took more than a few hours/days to reply. She only replied quickly when I messaged to inform her that things in the property had been damaged. -the guest bedroom remote did not work for the tv -the guest bedroom shower curtain had a lot of mold on it -the master bedroom glass shower door was off track so each time the door shut the glass banged onto one another - the place was hardly “clean”. As soon as we walked in the door our feet were sticking to the ground and feet turned a nasty black when you walked barefoot -the “white” pillows on the beds were dingy brown - I wouldn’t call this condo kid friendly. Lots and lots of things that can be pulled down and broken that aren’t attached or secured. No high chair and when I asked Carrie she did not reply. -also, after we had booked the condo the sleeping arrangements were changed from two twins to a king bed which did mess with the sleeping arrangements we had previously already sorted out. Overall, a lot of hiccups with this particular condo.

Nice unit in a great location

This is a very nice unit - very bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were nice and bathrooms were also nice and bright. The balcony and furniture were great. Sunrise view from the balcony in the morning is exceptional. The only rooms for improvement we could ask for was a few things that were not working when we arrived - but Carrie was on it immediately and got it fixed during the first 24 hours, and the quality of the towels was not impressive. The location of the unit is great, close to both beach and activity center and overlooking the tennis courts. Best unit we have stayed in at this property so far - and we will be back for sure.

This property is FABULOUS!! Master suite is just over the top. The bed was like sleeping on clouds. The Jacuzzi tub / shower was perfect after a day at the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Unit, the manager, not so much!

The unit is very nice. It has been renovated recently so everything was clean and comfortable. A pleasure to spend our vacation there. Where I had a problem was with the manager, Carrie, and her demeanor during our message exchange. She was very demeaning and inflexible. The ad on VRBO stated the “ beach chairs ARE included” in the price. We had a party of 4. On the first day at the beach the attendant told us the we were responsible for $40/day as the rental only included 2 chairs. I messaged Carrie so she could straighten the situation by calling the management at Portofino. The response was that yes, it only covers 2 chairs. I told her that the ad did NOT say that and that she should assume the extra charges for misleading me into believing that we would have 2 umbrella setups. Her response, “ you are already getting the unit at a discount”. Of course I am, ALL units are discounted, it’s the first week of Fall! Bottom line, she did not even offer to pay for the first day or any other. I asked her to change the VRBO ad immediately to reflect the true offer. So, what did she do? She lowered the rental price by $5, and removed the beach chairs from the print. Thereby raising the rent by $35/day. What a beauty this Carrie. I was going to upload the original ad as it appeared on VRBO, but there is no way of doing so here. I’m sorry for the ones renting behind us not getting a beach set up, because of this woman’s inflexibility.

Beautiful condo

This is a gorgeous condo. Love the sleek modern style. But still very comfy. Bed in master is wonderful. Beautiful view. Appliances are high end. Had everything we needed. Tower 2 is convenient to everything. Resort staff very helpful. Good food. A couple of hiccups in amenities. Boat for Dolphin cruise not available. Mechanical issue. Same for water taxi to Boardwalk. But a short drive to everything anyway. Or Pensacola Trolley pick up if you dont wantbto drive. Definitely will come back and rent same unit.

Great Vacation

This property and resort was much nicer than I expected from viewing the listing. Super clean too! Resort was well organized with easy access to both gulf and bayside coastlines. Pretty much all inclusive...no need to ever leave the resort except for some groceries. Staff were very nice and helpful. And did I mention the tennis courts...WOW!!
