Gulf facing, modern 2 bedroom condo! Pools, hot tubs, restaurants & many extras!

Luxurious, newly renovated two bedroom condo that sleeps 6 adults. Relax and enjoy the view of the pristine, sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. The pictures don't begin to do justice to the view of the Gulf. If you feel like getting an early start to your day you, just step out onto the balcony for a stunning view of the sunrise over the Gulf. Some upgrades include porcelain tile throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen, floor to ceiling windows and a built in grill. New furnishings and freshly painted throughout. Nice size, fully furnished kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area. There's a kiddie cot and a pack and play available. Rather than an uncomfortable night on a sleeper sofa enjoy a better night's sleep on the queen size murphy bed in the great room, while still having a usable living area. There are beach towels, toys, cooler and several beach accessories in the unit for your use. Our European Spa and Lifestyle Center offers state of the art fitness area, treatment rooms, indoor spa, separate his and hers spa areas (with dry sauna, steam room, showers, lockers and lounge area), 2 lagoon pools with spas overlooking the intracoastal waterway and indoor olympic size pool. Enjoy indoor dining at Coastal or relaxing poolside dining from Al Fresco Bar and Grill. Play tennis with 5 rubico clay surface courts. Each tower has its own pool and hot tub with Tower 4 being the only one by the water. Tower 4 is the most conveniently located near the Lifestyle Center and its amenities. All of this is on-site for your convenience, as well as, a variety of water sport rentals, bikes ,mini cars, golf carts and much more. You also have the option of hopping on the trolly to explore the rest of the island's dining, shopping and night life. There is an assign parking place in the tower, with additional parking adjacent to the tower.

What are you waiting for? Book it now! This condo was everything my family and I needed for a beach getaway. The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked. Absolutely zero complaints. This was our 2nd time in Portofino and will continue to come back. I’m also saving this listing for future vacations. We had more than enough of everything we could ever need including all beach/pool stuff. I slept so well every night because the beds were extremely comfortable. 10/10 experience!

Just like the multiple reviews state, this place is great. Clean, quiet, easy check-in and great access to the beach and bay. The beds are firm which the older adults liked but the young adults not so much. Kitchen was great and beach closet was awesome. AC worked very well and our small issue upon arrival was addressed quickly with maintenance. We would definitely stay again.

By far the best condo we have ever stayed in. It offers so many extras that you are able to pack less beach accessories which makes for a stress free vacation. The resort itself was very enjoyable by all and the location to the amenities was the closes of all the towers. We will definitely be back!

This condo was amazing. The owners went above and beyond and everything is listed correctly. The furniture is great, beach items in the room to use were awesome, and the beach towels were very nice. This is a great condo at Portofino and in a great tower, Tower 2. We've stayed at Portofino many times. Will stay here again!

My husband and I both have medical backgrounds, but I gave up nursing for real estate. If you are looking to buy a beach property then I'd love to help you find the perfect place!

We love living at Portofino and are very excited to have the opportunity to own a vacation rental here as well. Being a long term beach resident and a Portofino homeowner I can offer a locals opinion on things to do, places to see and the best places to eat.

What makes this property unique

We just fully furnished the unit with all new beds, high quality mattresses, bedding and furniture. Not yet pictured are new lighting fixtures in the dining and entry area.
Also, there are upgraded shower and tub glass doors.
