Large house of 130 m2 on a large plot of 1680m2 near Brest in the heart of the country abers - Near the beaches of Landéda, Saint-Pabu, ... (15 min), airport (10 min), park 3 priests (5 min), oceanopolis (25 min), ...
In addition to the beaches, the Parc des 3 Cures and Océanopolis, close to many activities are offered such as horse riding, water sports, mountain biking, hiking ... Hiking paths (pedestrian and mountain bike) pass in front of the house and maps are available in the accommodation.
Many visits and ballads: Market of Saint Renan, port of Brest, the Islands of Molène and Ouessant, Lighthouse and abbey of Saint Mathieu, the fishing village of Meneham, ...

The house consists of:
- ground floor: a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, ...), a large living room (with TV, sound bar), a toilet and a a laundry room with washing machine.
- upstairs: a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a mattress one person can be installed on the ground and 2 other rooms with double beds, one of which is equipped with a TV
At the back of the house, a large terrace of 70m2 facing west-south west overlooking a large garden with swing, slide and trampoline

The house is also equipped with all necessary baby equipment (cot, high chair, stroller if necessary) and WIFI.

The garage inaccessible to the tenants is occupied by a nice very soft autonomous cat who goes out and enters at his will by a catchall (we come to feed him, once a week without disturbing you).

In the garden, a small chicken coop is home to three small hens. You can collect fresh eggs every day. We also come once a week to change the straw (at the same time as to feed the cat).
