architect villa stay in inverted design of 190 m2, located 3 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of the municipality of PLOUARZEL.
This villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people. Access to the floor via the outdoor terrace which gives directly onto its modern kitchen equipped with a bar and a wine cellar. All opening onto a large living room with a wood stove 360 ​​° panoramic sofa for a postcard breathtaking view of the Iroise Sea and the Four lighthouse. on the same level as the living room and the kitchen you will find a large room with a bath with sea views and its own bathroom suite with double walk-in shower. 1 separate toilet upstairs. On the ground floor 3 sea view bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; one with walk-in shower and the other with bath. 1 separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The villa is surrounded by a wooden deck, all bedrooms and living rooms will have direct access.
SPA 6/7 places is available on the upstairs terrace with stunning views of the Iroise sea.

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war super. 4 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 10 Betten, also genug Platz für uns 5. Jedes Kind konnte sein eigenes Zimmer haben. In der Küche war die große Kücheninsel mit den Barhockern das Highlight für die Kids.Absolute Spitze ist der Whirlpool auf der oberen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang Von den Gastgebern erhielt man noch vor der Ankunft die Handynummer für direkten Kontakt über WhatsApp. Check in und Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich.Immer wieder gerne

Superbe maison tout équipée !!!

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante dans cette maison très bien agencée, mais surtout parfaitement équipée.Nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Un grand MERCI à nos hôtes qui ont pensé à laisser tout ce qui pourrait manquer lors d’un court séjour, nous avons le sentiment d’avoir profité et vécu dans la maison comme si c’était la nôtre pendant une semaine. Je crois que c’est la première fois que cela nous arrive.Bravo pour la collection de BDs :-)

Sehr komfortabler Aufenthalt

Trotz schlechtem Wetter konnten wir die Zeit genießen. Schöner Blick auf die Iroise von überall. Der Whirlpool mit Blick war wunderbar zum Aufwärmen und entspannen. Das Haus war bei der Ankunft mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Vielen Dank an Yann, ein toller Gastgeber.

Erholsamer Urlaub, tolle Landschaft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war, wie beschrieben. Die Übergabe lief unkompliziert und zügig. Der Blick von der Terrasse oder auch vom Esstisch im Wohnzimmer waren so herrlich, dass man keinen Fernseher brauchte und einfach nur genossen hat. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei. Dies war eine gute Sache. Ob früh das frische Baguette holen oder zu den verschiedenen Buchten zum Baden radeln. Perfekt. Wir möchten mal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Yann und seine Familie.

Maison idéale dans un coin paradisiaque

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette belle maison, parfaitement adapté à nos besoins (6 adultes, quatre jeunes enfants). Se réveiller le matin avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer d'Iroise est un souvenir qui restera avec nous pendant longtemps. La maison est en excellent état, moderne, et très bien agencée. C'est la deuxième fois que nous sommes venus dans cette superbe maison et c'était comme revenir chez soi. Tout y est, la maison est lumineuse, conviviale, bien équipée. Les photos sont belles, la réalité est encore mieux. La cuisine, séjour combiné donne une vue directe sur la mer, qui change toujours et reste toujours époustouflante, même quand il fait mauvais. Les lits sont très confortable, tout est très propre. La terrasse est mon endroit préféré, pour lire, écouter de la musique, pour rêver. Pleins de petits cadeaux d' accueil nous ont fait très plaisir La régions de Plourazel est simplement magnifique, beaucoup de petites criques, une plus belle que l'autre avec des plages blanches . De longues promenades à faire. Superbes vacances, merci

Fantastische Landschaft- schönes Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Menschen und Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer- fantastisch! Der Wohnbereich mit dem großen Esstisch lässt kaum Wünsche offen. In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Selbst ein Raclettgerät ist da. Der Vermieter vor Ort war gut erreichbar und nett.

Villa en tous points conforme à l'annonce Le cadre est juste magnifique , vue surplombant la mer d'iroise..coucher de soleil tous les soirs...quel bonheur d'être face à ce spectacle, parfois à le contempler du jacuzzi après une belle journée de randonnée. Bref le rêve Nous étions 6, et l'espace de la maison est tel que chacun a su trouver son confort et son intimité. Communicated with Yann via WhatsApp and translated back and forth via googletranslate (very good)! Check in was simple and the place was simply stunning 😍. Was welcomed by flowers, fruit and other wonderful gifts (won't spoil the surprises!). Kitchen, lounge and external ample seating and table areas all around the property - sun all day! Table tennis, table football were secondary to a large table with comfortable seating, the hot tub and the balcony... what a view day and night 180 deg. Panoramic view virtually uninterrupted - that's why we came and we were not disappointed. The weather was fantastic, beach walks pheonimal and everywhere was clean. Merci Yann
