Heritage Villas 2203 - Charming 4 Bedroom Townhouse Near Harbour Town

NEW HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE, FALL 2020, very detailed and implementing COVID-19 cleaning practices. Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing as per CDC protocols and guidelines. Cleaning high-touch surfaces with disinfectant (countertops, light switches, handles, faucets, etc.) Towels and bedding washed in hot water that's at least 60 degrees C/140 degrees F.

Heritage Villas 2203 features Two Master Suites with private baths on the second floor each with a King size bed as well as recently installed wood look luxury flooring. The 3rd floor has a Queen in the third bedroom and the fourth bedroom has 3 twin beds sharing a bath. The third floor bedroom with the three twins has another twin bed in the large walk-in closet if you need additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Heritage Villas are a short walk to the famous Yacht Basin, the Racquet Club, and the Golf Links Club House. The location is popular among golfers ... especially during the annual PGA tournament that occurs on Hilton Head Island every April. Guests also enjoy the close proximity to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center because of the wide selection of restaurants, shops, and vacation activities within walking distance. There are miles of bike trails within Sea Pines, ride past Lawton Stables or over to the Forest Preserve for the perfect nature setting. Although the complex is a mile from the ocean, vacationers can hop on the courtesy Beach trolley located adjacent to the condo and take a fun ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or South Beach from the Sea Pines Center next door. The trolley stop runs in the summer from 10 am -11 pm. For those who want to lounge closer to home, the living room has a new 55" flat screen HD TV with over 200 channels, SEC network, golf, showtime and movie channels along with many more upgrades of furniture and appliances. The living room sliders open to a patio with a Charcoal Grill and easy access to the on-site swimming pool which has free WiFI, bathrooms, outdoor shower and plenty of lounge chairs.

Excellent location and house for large families

Perfect location for biking to everything! The beach, harbor town, restaurants, coffee shops! Had an amazing time with 9 of us in the house together. Plenty of room to not be stepping on each other but large enough table and family room space to all be together for movies and dinner times. We will be back!

Perfect 4 bedroom in Sea Pines

Great spot in Sea Pines for a large family or even two smaller ones. Place is well kept, organized and clean. The condo had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful when we booked at the last minute. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future. Thanks!

My family enjoyed labor day weekend at the condo. We had both sets of grandparents and the kids, with plenty of room for everyone. The area around the condo is beautiful. We enjoyed riding the trolley around Sea Pines. Gina is wonderful to deal with. The pool right outside the patio is a plus. We hope to go back and stay again in the future.

Great Vacation Home

Spacious, clean, and delightfully decorated home in a prime location in Sea Pines! An exceptionally well-stocked kitchen in terms of cooking equipment. We were two couples, and had plenty of room and privacy. Gina was very helpful and responsive to all questions and communications. Would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to return!

We enjoyed the property and the unit. There was an issue with the 3rd floor AC unit on Sunday night and management had someone out quickly to repair and get it up and running before we went to bed.

Wonderful vacation home for two families

We just stayed here for a great week at the beach. Two families -- four adults and four kids -- had a wonderful time in this clean, comfortable, well-equipped home with two master bedrooms and two other bedrooms for the kids. We loved being able to walk to Harbour Town, and to the pool just a few steps outside our patio door. The beach is just a few minutes drive away. We'd definitely recommend this home to anyone. Very well laid out since we had 5 children.

Very nicely decorated. Unit had all the items needed. There was a broken chair when we arrived in the living room. There were 2 screws (not the correct ones) holding the base. Eight screws were the correct number required. My husband purchased screws and fastened the pedestal to the chair. Good as new now. We would rent again.

PERFECT FOR RBC HERITAGE

Eight of us (4 couples) stayed in Buddy's 4 BR villa for a week during the Heritage tournament. It was an easy walk to the 1st green/2nd tee - perfect spot. We usually rent a large house, but the bedrooms accommodated all of us and the living area had plenty of seating for all of us. The dining area also accommodated all 8 of us. The guests in the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor got hot in the evenings and were unable to lower the thermostat past a certain degree. As a property owner of several villas, I understand, yet do wish it could've been set a few degrees lower. We alao wish we could've received the parking passes ahead of time by mail, as we had some coming later in the week, and had to leave the tournament to go meet them with a pass.There were ample dishes and linens. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful!

We love staying in sea pines. This space accommodated our entire group nicely. All amenities were great. Being able to ride bikes everywhere is great with teens and tweens. Really great family atmosphere. Would definitely rent again!

Unit was half cleaned. He stated that the owner has their own service. Not much has been done to this unit other than new tile floors. The walls were in bad need of painting.
