Welcome to your home away from home! We want our guests to have a stress-free experience while enjoying the beauty and tranquility of our island and its amenities. For a relaxing vacation, or golf, tennis, pickleball or beach getaway, with family and friends, there is no better place than our villa. Sliding doors off the kitchen and living room lead to a stone patio surrounded by tall live oaks -- the perfect place for eating al fresco. Our premier location is just steps to the largest pool in Sea Pines. (A secure code is needed to access. Open Apr 1 to Oct 15 while the pool deck is open year-round. Community WIFI is available) We are a short stroll to Harbour Town Restaurants, Shops and playground. This is where you can find the "famous" Greg Russel performing during peak season. The Harbour Town Golf Links and Sea Pines Raquet Club/Smith Stearns Tennis Academy are also a 5 min walk away. Ride bikes or take Trolley to Sea Pines Beach Club.

Our guests love our comfy beds and clean property as well as our convenient location. We live on the island and are very responsive to our guests' needs. There is on-site parking. *Please note that Sea Pines is a gated community, and a pass is required to be purchased at the gate. $30/week (rates may vary)

HOUSEKEEPING
-Linens and towels provided
-Starter supplies: trash bags, bath and dish soap, paper goods, dishwasher and laundry detergent
-We do not provide beach towel and ask that the bath towels not be removed.

BIKING: This is a great way to get around as well as experience the beauty of Sea Pines. One of the unique experiences here on Hilton Head is biking on the beach during low tide. We recommend you rent bikes ahead of time and they will be delivered to the villa before you arrive. Peddling Pelicans Bike Rentals is just one of the many bike rental companies nearby.

TROLLEY: During the season, typically Mid-March to Labor Day, the trolley transports guests to/from the Sea Pines Beach Club from various parking areas. The stops closest to our villa are Heritage Pad (across Plantation Rd), Raquet Club Villas and The Shoppes at Sea Pines. Hours vary. Please let us know if you need more information.

Another great year in Hilton Head, and this location is perfect. Easy walk to Harbor Town to see Gregg Russell, an easy bike ride to South Beach, nice pool out the back door, coffee shop, and pizza right down the road. Don the host was extremely communicative and pleasant to work with.

July 4 th break!

Quick break with our family and grand children! Prefect location to walk to harbour town or to grab a pizza. Condo was perfect! Host was very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Week in Hilton Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Don's property. Very close to Harbortown and an easy bike ride to all Sea Pines has to offer. The place was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this property for families.

Graduation Trip

We stayed at the property to celebrate the High School and College graduations of my two children. The location of the villa was perfect - walkable to Harbor Town and just around the corner from the pool. The unit was very nice. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, small appliances. We will look to stay again when we return to Hilton Head.

Great place for our family

This villa is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and has done so much to make it welcoming to us. The location between Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center is perfect.

Clean and great location

Don’s villa was very clean and he was very responsive, as he brought me a lighter to light a candle for my daughter’s cake and let us have a late checkout to accommodate our flights. We had plenty of space with 6 people and loved the proximity to Harbour Town.

Spacious for family, perfect location

My husband and I brought our three teenagers for an extended weekend visit to sea Pines. We love bed the location on the property—easy five minute walk to dining, shopping, and the pier. The property is clean and easily accommodated us all. Very comfortable and convenient. We all said we would stay here again next time we visit Hilton Head!

Family Vacation

Good space for six adults to be together comfortably. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items needed. Easy walking distance to harbortown and biking to the beach. Space to work for my daughter and son-in-law who couldn’t get the entire week off. This was our second stay and would stay again.

Sea Pines Condo

We had a fantastic experience during our stay in Sea Pines. The condo was clean, well-appointed and in great condition. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and we particularly appreciated having an individual bath for each bedroom. Don was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating throughout the entire process. We’ll certainly stay here again!

Excellent Rental

This rental had a homey feel. It was in a great location. You can walk to Harbour Town. It is also close to two trolley stops: Racquet Club Villas or the Heritage Pad. The rental is well maintained. The A/C airflow is great. Spacious closet space. There is a closet with board games. The pool is diagonally behind the rental which makes it easy to walk to. The living room has enough seating for the whole family plus grandparents. Don (the owner) is very responsive. The outside shower/hose is fantastic for beach days. This rental is very livable and has things incorporated that make it a pleasant experience.

Nice condo, good location, thin walls

Overall, this condo was lovely. It was exactly as described and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The only downside was that the walls were very thin and there was a family with young children next door - we heard them a lot. I would still rent this condo again as no place is perfect.
