Fisherman's house of 60 mÂČ ideally located in the typical district of courtgain close to the city center, in a quiet street, 50m from the bay of Somme, from the market square (on Sunday morning) with garden and terrace facing south .

On the ground floor, (completely renovated)
                - room / lounge which have kept their charm and authenticity including: TV, convertible sofa (140 * 190), table and chairs
               - An equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, LV (lozenges provided)
              - A bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine
               - separate WC
Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 * 190) equipped with a duvet (220 * 240)
bed linen and towels not provided, possibility of rental on request (except short stays)
A garden with barbecue, garden table
A terrace with sun loungers and sun loungers.

Perfect location and charming little cottage

This lovely house was perfect for us and our teenage daughter. Very well equipped and sympathetically modernised. The location is amazing, so close to all of the charming shops and restaurants and a lovely bakery. The private little garden is a great place to relax. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location.

This lovely cottage is in the centre of the lovely town! It is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Everything is well appointed with a lovely garden. The check in is very easy and the lady who greets you lovely. The place is clean and tidy with every comfort. The kitchen is good and the shower great. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back. We have stayed in this owners other cottage which is equally as good but we prefer this cottage if pushed to express a preference. Thank you!

Central base, great locality...

We had a really good stay and found the accommodation extremely good with the single exception of parking - this is complicated and not free (unless you want a 20 minute walk to your car) but, given how central it is, close to the square, shops and restaurants, this wasn't a problem. There are lots of great walks and a trip on the railway is a must! The owners have prepared a very detailed and comprehensive set of guides, so everyone will find something they like. Highly recommended.

Cette ancienne maison de pĂȘcheur est extrĂȘmement charmante, trĂšs bien entretenue et Ă©quipĂ©e de tout le confort. Bonne boulangerie Ă  deux minutes Ă  pied. Le stationnement est payant dans toute la ville, mais il y a un grand parking gratuit un peu en dehors. L'Ă©vacuation des dĂ©chets est un peu compliquĂ©e en raison des rĂšglements locales mais faisable. En cas de questions, toujours un contact compĂ©tent disponible. Absolument Ă  recommander.
