La maison était parfaite pour nos vacances en famille, avec ses quatre chambres, son grand séjour et son jardin, le tout de plain-pied. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du lac ; la propriété est également assez proche d'Arcachon et de ses environs. Tout était conforme à la description. Je la recommande vivement.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in diesem charmanten Haus. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es 4 Schlafzimmer gab und somit ausreichend Platz für uns und unsere 3 Teenager. Die Betten waren bequem und frisch bezogen. Es war herrlich draußen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Diese ist überdacht und ein großer alter Maulbeerbaum bietet ausreichend Schatten, was mittlerweile ja sehr wichtig ist. Alle Fenster kann man mit Fensterläden verschließen und abdunkeln, so bleibt das Haus innen schön kühl. Es gibt gutes WLAN und der Fernseher bietet Netflix und Disney, worüber sich unsere Kinder gefreut haben. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir die nächste Boulangerie sehr gut erreichen. Hier bekommt man hervorragende Baguettes. Der Weg zum Strand ist je nachdem welchen Strand man bevorzugt 20 - 35 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir waren gerne in Biscarosse Plage, da hier einiges los ist, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. Arcachon ist gut zu erreichen und auch Bordeaux. Julie war unglaublich nett und die Abreise sehr unkompliziert. Einiges Manko, wir mussten uns mit den Mücken arrangieren und die Ameisen wollten hin und wieder gerne ins Haus, aber dafür kann Julie nichts. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. L'extérieur est très agréable. A proximité du bassin d'Arcachon et des plages océanes

Un W.E prolongé au bord du lac

séjour au calme dans maison et jardin très agreéables

Nous sommes venus à Cazaux pour un stage de voile au Club de Voile de Cazaux Lac. Idéal pour les débutants ! La maison de Julie est très agréable, on s'y sent bien, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons profité de la terrasse pour nos repas, et de la table de ping-pong pour faire quelques parties. On peut regretter que Cazaux manque de commerces, il est préférable de faire ses achats à la Teste de Buch. La proximité de la dune du Pyla, des ports ostréïcoles, d'Arcachon en font un lieu de vacances idéal pour ceux qui pourront se déplacer avec leur vélo.

Comme à la maison

Maison et déco très agréable : la parfaite maison de famille. Mélange bohème et roots (bon sens du terme), il ne manque rien, la propriétaire (super sympa) a tout prévu : drap, linge, vaisselle, bibliothèque fournie, petit cahier de fonctionnement avec les bons coins à voir. Nous recommandons.

Séjour très agréable

Maison avec tout le confort en intérieur et en extérieur. La maison présentent plusieurs endroit (Terrasse Salon Salle à manger) où l'on peut se détendre confortablement. Chambres et literies également confortable. La proximité des pistes cyclable et d'un arrêt de bus au pied de la maison permet de se déplacer sans voiture ce qui était très apprécié.
