Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I would not recommend this rental place to anyone! The check in process was a nightmare! It took us 2 hours to get to our room from the time we arrived in the area! The instructions were not clear. It was like a maze and puzzle to be solved to get to the room keys. We got there from a long day and travel from Bologna Italy and had to wonder around in the area with our luggage to find the place. We were asking so many people and not one person was able to figure out. The keys were in another building, it took us 1 hour to find it and to figure out the parking situation. Then another hour to locate the actual apartment after asking around and getting the property management involved! We were almost ready to give up and find another hotel. There was no way to contact the host. The contact email they provide was a one-way thing that they never checked because I sent many emails and never got reply, not even next day! The place was extremely small. The third bed was a pool out bed from the wall that was very uncomfortable, you could hit your head during your sleep so many times because the top section on top of the bed was so low and the mattress was horrible. There was only 1.5 blankets in the room (one was so small). We had to use our own cloths to cover and put under our head. There was no shampoo in the shower and we had to use our own. Our listing says the cleaning of the room is included but the instructions emailed to us said its not and we have to clean before we leave
