T2 modern duplex apartment fully equipped and furnished, no smoking except on the balcony.
Located on the 1st floor of a new building, you have a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine). Living room with sofa, TV, dining room and air conditioning. WC
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and a sofa bed, the other bedroom has a double bed. Dressing rooms and air conditioning in every room. Bathroom with bath and hydromassage column shower, sink, toilet, bidet.
Each floor have large balconies (no sea view)

OLHOS AGUA

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The location was very convenient with a grocery store just a short distance away and the beach only a two minute walk I would stay there again.

Algarve Apartment near Albufeira

Exactly as described. Well appointed apartment with everything you need for a young family. Air conditioning in each sleeping and living space. Quick access to beach, pool, restaurants and supermarket. Would recommend for any traveller. Contact with Jose and Susana was always prompt! Many thanks!!

Stairs in apartment is the only thing that let it down for us ,the apartment location unfortunately is very noisy with cars coming from the beach area and of bad traffic signs to tell car drivers it’s a no entry ,so you have constant cars comin down and reversing right outside the apartment,the location to the swimming pool is misleading when looking at the online pics thinking that it was right next to the apartment ?apart from these minor differences we had a good stay in the apartment

The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen cupboards could do with an upgrade. Bathroom was good with a nice shower. Outside the main balcony off the living area only got the morning sun. The main drawback for us was the swimming pool was across the road from the apartment and the area it was located was fairly rundown with closed units underneath. The apartment otherwise is well located with the beach, restaurants and supermarkets very close.

Thank you for positively evaluating the location, cleanliness and well-equipped equipment of my apartment. Regarding the pool which is 20 meters from the apartment as specified in the announce, it is large and spacious. The closed units underneath on the floor below does not hinder its use. And this in no way concerns my rental, since I only rent the apartment and the use of the pool. For the rest, you must complain to the landlords of the neighboring residence.

The property is as described. Ideally situated to bars beach and restaurants up and down the hill . Didn't use the pool as we like the beach . It would have been nice to have a bottle of water provide apon arrival , as well as toilet rolls and hand soap , but this didn't spoil our stay . Susanne arrived half an hour late for our check out time and didn't contact me to inform me which was very disappointing.

Holiday Perfection

This was our first trip to Europe and Portugal as a family. I couldn't be more pleased with the choice of Jose's lovely condo. The location was all we could have asked for any beach vacation. While others were having to wind through the streets to our street to get to the beach, we had a short 3 minute walk. We were a 5 to 7 minute walk to grocery and fresh market and variety or cafe's restaurants and grab and go. .My son who cannot have dairy found gelato just around the corner. There garage for our car was a huge plus as there were days we just went to the beach and the pool. The condo was modern, clean and quiet. We cook most of our meals in as my son and I have a variety of dietary issues and the kitchen was adequate for preparing all three meals. I was a little concerned when looking at the pictures that I would not have enough room or there would not be sufficient cookware. What was chosen for the kitchen was done with thought and we all I needed. The dishwasher was a huge plus, as was the clothing washer. The AC was lovely to have in the evenings along with the darkening shades in the windows to keep it cool and sleep late. The outside areas were very nice to sit in the morning and evening. The pool was very close and well maintained. Jose was answered all my questions and made sure we were met when when we arrived. If we every get back to this lovely community this is where we would stay.

Excelente localização - perto da praia, zona de supermercados, cafés e bares.A praia de Olhos de Água tem um areal pequeno, mas a nossa estadia foi bem complementada com o acesso à piscina.A casa é excelente e está bem equipada. Dois pontos a melhorar: o estore de um dos quartos não está fechar completamente (problema para quem não consegue dormir com luz) e a máquina da loiça precisa de ser arranjada/substituida (não está a lavar nada bem e acábamos por ter de lavar a loiça à mão).

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com o alojamento. O Sr. José e a D. Susana foram sempre extremamente atenciosos. Nunca nos deixaram faltar nada e foram sempre muito simpáticos. Os únicos senão que tivemos, foi que perdemos o cartão da piscina e tivemos de pagar 50 para voltar a ter acesso a mesma e o ar condicionado de um dos quartos estava a funcionar mal.A praia é muito bonita, apesar de ser muito pequena, mas conseguimos sempre arranjar um espacinho para nós! . A piscina também é relativamente pequena e não tem relvado, mas também nunca foi impedimento para irmos. Só posso dizer que recomendo muito e todos nós ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia, apesar desses pequenos inconvenientes.

Nous avons passé 4 semaines dans cet appartement. L’appartement est très confortable et à tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable. Bel environnement, très bien situé, près des commerces et de la plage.Nous avons apprécié beaucoup Suzanne, une personne agréable et toujours disponible, qui se préoccupait de notre confort. EXCELLENT SEJOUR DANS CET APPARTEMENT

Le séjour avec nos amis s'est super bien passé. L'accueil de Suzanne a été un plus. Très gentille personne et de bons conseils. L'appartement est très propre très bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. La situation est excellente prés de la plage et l’accès a la piscine a été fortement appréciée de tous. Déçus

L’appartement est propre fonctionnel grand l’accueil de Suzanne parfait. En revanche la piscine n’est pas dans la résidence et l’appartement est face a un autre immeuble. Et donc quand vous êtes sur la terrasse vous avez du vis-à-vis vous êtes dans la rue il y a beaucoup de passage de voiture, l’appartement est à côté d’un parking, tout cela n’apparaît pas dans l’annonce et n’est pas visible par rapport aux photos. C’est dommage.

Madame, Votre tentative primaire et inintelligente de sabotage de l'image de mon appartement via votre note médiocre est l'illustration parfaite de votre mauvais état d'esprit, en opposition totale à nos clients habituels. Il est évident qu'en réservant votre séjour dans mon appartement, vous vous êtes trompé de lieu de villégiature. En effet, nous avoir choisi demeure un véritable Mystère : est-ce parce que l'appartement est très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage et des restaurants, ou bien la présence d'une très grande piscine ou d'un garage individuel ? Certes les prix sont très attractifs en cette fin de saison et les nombreux avis très positifs des clients précédents peuvent convaincre des clients de passage. Bref, une véritable erreur de casting comme il s'en produit heureusement très rarement. Mais ce n'est pas grave, pas grave du tout. Du tout, du tout. Que vous soyez déçue, c'est une chose. Maintenant que vous osiez laisser entendre que l'annonce est mensongère et que les photos sont trompeuses, c'est tout simplement inacceptable, car tout y est clairement mentionné. Si vous souhaitiez le calme absolu, il fallait plutôt opter pour l'arrière pays, en pleine campagne et non en bord de mer. Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'une petite rue qui accède à la plage et non d'une Nationale. • Il est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce que la piscine se situe en face de l'appartement à 20 mètres dans la résidence Naturmar Praia. • Il est également précisé dans la rubrique parking : "Parking couvert et fermé pour une place de voiture et parking public gratuit à proximité" • "Pas de vues mer" mentionné dans le descriptif des balcons et des photos. Si vous ne savez pas lire, je ne peux rien pour vous. Après une personne mécontente parmi tant d'autres satisfaites, ce n'est pas bien grave. Comme je vous l'ai indiqué dans le message auquel vous n'avez pas daignez me répondre, j'espère que vous avez tout de même passé un bon séjour au Portugal. Ce qui est dommage, c'est que vous ayez omis de préciser les principaux points positifs de l'appartement : la proximité quasi immédiate de la plage d'Olhos d'Agua (3 min), des restaurants et des commerces, sans compter le panier de bienvenue qui vous attendait à votre arrivée. La prochaine fois, lisez-bien les annonces et regardez bien les photos, afin d'être sûre que cela correspondent à vos critères, cela vous évitera d'être déçue ! Bien cordialement, José
