On the heated swimming pool area from June to September, tennis available with reservation. No entertainment.
18m² terrace with 6m² pergola with retractable roof, screen on the north side and retractable breeze view on the west side. Parasol, sunlounger and 2 folding lounge chairs, square table (70cm) and long table (110cm) and 6 reclining chairs
1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 small beds (1 removable bed barrier for baby protection), living room with sofa bed (bring down), bathroom, WC only. Electric heating.
Current appliances (Fridge-freezer, Hot plates
gas, gas oven, microwave, double filter coffee machine and pod, plancha with serving trolley, raclette grill ...).
80cm TV with Blu-ray DVD player in living room and 46cm TV in bedroom with double bed.

A breeze to find. Perfectly situated near the main road for access and far enough away for peaceful seclusion. The owner met us at the property and gave us a good run through of what was available and more importantly instructed us on how everything worked. The equipment that came with the property was much better than would normally be found in a holiday home. this really was like a home from home. vacuum cleaner, washing machine, a large amount of cooking utensils and even a diy drawer with tools and accessories, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Le mobil-home est spacieux pour une famille de 3 personnes, très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse avec abri, chaises et table nous a aussi beaucoup plu, ainsi que l'environnement immédiat (fleurs, arbres). Le terrain lui-même dispose d'une piscine et est très calme : idéal pour les vacances reposantes dont nous avions besoin.

Superbes malgré le temps. DEUX propriétaires dans ce camping sont venus me voir pour que je loue avec eux. Ils voulaient me donner leurs coordonnées pour des prochaines vacances dans leur mobilhome sans passer par Abritel, pour éviter vos frais.J'ai refusé.Je crois que ce sont nos dernières vacances car mon épouse est très fatiguée.

Un séjour très agréable

Un mobil home propre, très bien équipé, même mieux en matériel de cuisine que des appartements loués précédemment, dans un parc de mobil-home calme. Une situation remarquable à proximité des zones commerciales, des plages (Saint Briac, Dinard) et de l'estuaire de la Rance : nous avons pu faire plein de balades et visites à moins d'un quart d'heure du mobil home. Une petite terrasse bien agréable avec table, transats. Excellent accueil par la propriétaire , avant notre arrivée et à notre arrivée (cadeau d'accueil très apprécié). Location conforme à l'annonce.
