All round an excellent base for our holiday. Spotlessly clean and well maintained, all amenities also. Secure parking much appreciated.Only criticism is the lack of handrail in the stairway.

The property is beautifully decorated and very well located. It is only a minute walk from a huge market that is on 3 times a week and less than 10 mins walk to the main beach. There are many beautiful beaches within a 15 minute drive of the property. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and were very helpful.

Dinard Central !!

Very nicely designed property in ideal location in the town. Facilities were ideal for us. Easy access to the beach, the Clair de Lune shore walk, and of course the market. Getting in and out of the parking area a bit tricky as the road is sometimes busy but just needs some care. We have stayed in Dinard many times and this is without doubt the best location we have had.

What a wonderful location!

Dinard was a revelation. A wonderful pied-à-terre, the house was well-equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect; five minutes from the market, eight minutes from the nearest beach and ten minutes maximum from the centre, the restaurants, the shops and the cinema. Secure private parking was an added bonus. And Catherine was very easy to deal with. What's not to like?

A perfect getaway

This is fantastic, well designed little house, just a stone’s throw from the market, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The photos are true to the actual property and we found everything we needed. Communication was excellent and Jerome was on hand for our arrival and departure. The only thing we missed was a little freezer, or freezer compartment, but this was a minor detail. We also parked in nearby streets, to avoid manoeuvring into the slot.

Les americans

The property was wonderful. Very tasteful decor. Bathrooms were exceptional , clean and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped with lovely dinnerware and glassware. Our issue is that there is no freezer therefore no ice for cocktails or just convenience of having a freezer. The location is the best due to the open air market, restaurants, and shopping. Séjour de grande qualité. On peut tout faire à pied. La halle est à 200 m et le marché a lieu 3 fois dans la semaine. Un grand plus : la place de stationnement...... car il est quasiment impossible de stationner dans Dinard en période estivale!Le logement est très agréable et correspond parfaitement à la description de l’annonce. Nous reviendrons !

Séjour familial avec 2 petits enfants parfait . Logement propre de qualité conforme à la description. La facilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur est un plus. Espace extérieur petit mais agréable pour se détendre. Rue un peu passagère. L'accès à la plage aux commerces au marché est super. Pas besoin de voiture.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte de la région ( Dinard,Dinan,St Malo , le Mt St Michel ….) Nous avons fait une très agréable excursion en bateau avec les bateaux Corsaire Les chambres situées en souplex étaient fraîches , c’était bien agréable car même si nous avons évité la 2 eme canicule / à chez nous, il a fait assez chaud certains jours Tout est effectivement accessible à pied ( plage, promenade au Clair de lune super agréable, marché…) Un parking intérieur ds la cour est un plus ainsi que la petite terrasse qd il fait beau Deux coins toilette avec douche bien pratiques Seul point faible : pas de congélateur On a fait sans ; et une télé où on a un peu galéré au début pour la faire fonctionner Belle découverte en tt cas

Den bisherigen Rezensionen gibt es nicht viel hinzuzufügen. Die Lage ist toll. Sehr nah zum Markt und den Restaurants und natürlich zum Meer. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist super, und man hat jederzeit die Möglichkeit einen Ausflug zu machen ohne sich um den Parkplatz Sorgen machen zu müssen. Auch das Einparken wegen der vermeintlichen Enge stellte nie ein Problem dar.

ein tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Dinard. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: der private Parkplatz und die Markthalle um die Ecke. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern/Verwaltern war problemlos und sehr angenehm.

Séjour parfait dans cette maison spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée, une salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée et une très grande salle de bain au demi sous-sol avec WC séparé.
