Great location! 1/2 block away from the light rail station (W Line). Minutes from Mile Hi Stadium, Federal Center(1.3 mi), Colorado Mills Mall, Belmar (Downtown Lakewood), Red Rocks(9.4 mi), Denver West Office Park(3.6 mi), Downtown Denver(6.1 mi). Light rail train available from the airport to 1/2 block from our house. Free parking (off street) and Natural Grocers grocery store just 2 blocks away. Davies Chuck Wagon (3 blocks away)for breakfast. Main level apartment is just what your looking for.

Overall a good place to stay. Had one issue with an occupant of the main house having a guest that stank up the whole property with cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was quiet and pleasant. If I return to the Denver area, I would stay here again.

Kathy was very welcoming. The apartment is conveniently located to the train station. It is small, but suitable for two people. There is no stove in the kitchen, but has other ways to cook. Overall a descent place.

Perfect location, I was visiting my father and it was very easy to get there... Of couse I arrived back at the house in the evening after dark and always felt safe. It was a very welcoming, comfortable space

The rooms were clean and well appointed - excellent. The Safeway nearby had shut down. The location was excellent with the light rail close by. The street was quiet. I (at age 82) had trouble getting into my room after dark with the push-button lock system. The host was very gracious.

Excellent and cozy little room for 2, just what I needed in between some hiking and visiting family nearby. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Would absolutely stay again!

The place was cute and quiet. Had everything i needed, everyone was very nice. There was just a weird smell i couldn't find it explain that wouldn't go away. Thankfully i didn't need to spend much time there.

I was a good location and price.Other than the few small things I listed the place was overall fine. They offered enough kitchen items to be comfortable. I would like to see beding in better conditon. The shower backed up and the apt overall had a wierd smell, maybe a little more attention to cleaning. You have to pull on the door to unlock and lock it.

As advertised, perfect place to solo crash

Easy access, off street parking. Cute, quiet neighborhood off busy Colfax. Walking distance to groceries, if needed. Unit could be for two, but certainly easier with just one. Kinda tight around that bed to the smaller bathroom, but workable. Everything worked and great sleep.

The code to get in was wrong and I was never able to connect to the wifi despite seeking assistance from property manager. The furniture desperately needs to be updated but if you're looking for a place to just crash and the highlight of your trip is Red Rocks, not your accomodations, than it'll do just fine!

The access code provided was correct. Our guest failed to read the "check-in instructions" sent on the day of her arrival. Instead, she relied on info sent weeks earlier. None of our other guest have trouble with connecting to our WIFI, and she did not advise us of her problem while she was here. We're very sorry that our furniture is not "new", but it is (apparently) comfortable. Thank you. We appreciate all feedback from our guests and strive to make everyone's stay comfortable and pleasant. We will try to improve in the furture. Again, thank you.

Delightful Comfortable Clean and Cozy

Our visit was wonderful! We were in town for a family wedding and a little sight seeing. The suite was clean and well appointed. The furnishings were comfy and homey. Ease of access to apartment and local attractions, and great communication with our host made this a hassle free stay. I give 8 out of 5 stars!!! Would definitely stay here again!! Would recommend to friends and family, or business travelers.
