superbe location

Super emplacement. Près de la piscine où se déroulaient les championnats de France de natation artistique pour lesquels.nous nous étions rendus à Sète. Près des commerces et de la plage ainsi que de l arrêt de bus pour rejoindre le centre de Sète. Possibilité de rentrer nos voitures à l intérieur de la propriété. Que du positif sur cette location

Location en mode industriel

ensemble correct et proche de la plage, mais les photos sont trompeuses à la fois sur les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs le mobilier est différent de celui des photos canapés, nappes sont dans un état d'usage avancé les couverts et verres sont de piètre qualité et dépareillés la "chambre" aux lits superposés est un grand placard plein est sans volet (réveil et chaleur matinale assurés !) quant à la déco, c'est très subjectif, mais le résultat nous a beaucoup fait rire. il y a qd même trois paires de tableaux identiques !!! propreté limite de certains éléments dans la cuisine et sur la terrasse. par exemple, le barbecue était plein de cendres, les pavés autour pleins de gras, le grill pas nettoyé. pour finir, la maison est mitoyenne et nous avons eu la joie de partager un mur commun en placo (!?) et le jardin avec une troupe de 12 gars venus fêter un anniversaire...

Agréable maison, calme, bien située

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances à 2 familles (6 enfants). La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien insonorisée, totalement climatisée. Très belle piscine avec douche extérieure pratique au retour de la plage. Extérieur (terrasse et piscine) pas très pratique avec enfants bas âge. Plage à quelques minutes à pieds avec nombreux commerces et restaurant. Nous avons pris la voiture une seule fois sinon tout se fait à pied. Propriétaires sympathiques et réactifs (changement du lave-vaisselle en panne rapidement). Nous recommandons la maison.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Teenagern eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Der großzügige Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso ein sehr guter Bäcker.

Séjour familial pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison récente : climatisation dans la pièce à vivre, aménagement de qualité ( litterie très bien, salles de bain parfaite). Joli jardin clos pratique pour les enfants. Plage à 5 min à pied avec promenade à proximité et glacier ! La plage est parfaite pour des enfants, avec peu d'eau sur plusieurs mètre permettant aux enfants petits de jouer. Les commerces sont également tout prêt. Mme Campello est disponible en cas de besoin. Un grand merci !

Tolle Lage und großartiger Strand.

Wir waren nun schon das zweite mal in Sete und auch speziell in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist absolut top, nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Für den aufgerufenen Preis gibt es nicht viel zu beanstanden. Ein Problem ist die direkte Kommunikation, da anders als auf der Seite angegeben, Englisch keine option ist. Aber das wussten wir ja schon aus dem Vorjahr. Zum glück gibt es den Google-Translator. Alles andere ist in Ordnung. Lediglich der grill könnte ein upgrade vertragen und der Herd ist sobald man mehr als eine platte nutzt etwas schwach auf der Brust.

Belle villa très propre la literie neuve contemporaine 4 belles chambres et une chambre enfant belle terrasse cuisine magnifique commerces à proximité balade à faire ou le vélo au bord de la famille la mer très proche à pied MME et Mr campella très accueillant je ne regrette pas nos vacances je compte revenir je garde un très bon souvenir des merveilleuses vacances pour 15 jours je vous recommande cette villa

Wunderschöner Strand, charmantes Städtchen..

Sommer 2018: Sète charmant und wunderschöner Sandstrand. Unterkunft überhaupt nicht. Ungepflegt. Kinderstuhl, Windelständer, Klimaanlage oben, Toiletten, Staubsauger, Türklingel, Couchtisch defekt. Gabel und Löffel scharfkantig, Messer stumpf (seien erst 2jährig). Der Vermieter teilte uns mit, die Leute würden bei ihm Schlange stehen, um seine 20 Häuser zu bewohnen. Wir sollten doch einfach verschwinden. Der Sonnenchirm wurde ersetzt (Schatten für max. 3 Personen). Neuer Windelständer und Staubsauger. Wenn wir der Ehefrau etwas mitgeteilt haben, wusste der Mann nichts und umgekehrt. Praktisch. Z.b. WiFi: Tag1 nur Name erhalten, Ehefrau bestand darauf, dass dies das Passwort sein. Tag 2 SMS für Rückbestätigung. Nochmals Bestätigung, dass Passwort richtig sei. Tag 3 ein Passwort erhalten. Leider falsch. Tag 4 ein anderes Passwort und die Ehefrau kam vorbei. Passwort immer noch falsch. Wir bestanden dann auf einer Kopie der Daten. Daraufhin klappte es dann endlich. Und dann... Signalstärke 1, zwischendurch 2! Fazi: Sète absolut empfehlenswert. Unterkunft hingegen nicht.
