Beautiful location..the house was lovely, had everything we needed and a plunge pool was a bonus.House was very clean and tidy and the views are stunning. Its location is fantastic..we loved to be directly on the beach with easy very convenient access. Only few meters on a right there was a beach bar with restaurants and some water activities but it wasnt loud and the beach itself wasnt busy.

Perfect Holiday

We had an amazing stay and the property was wonderful with lots of space to enjoy the sunshine, chill in the pool or relax in the shade. The hosts were very welcoming gave a thorough overview of the property and everything we needed was on hand. The location is perfect and the beach was quite so it felt like we had our own private beach. The only minor grumble was that the listing didnt mention the security deposit and cleaning fee, although the host had messaged us prior to our holiday to let us know, so this didnt impact our holiday. We were only able to stay for a week this time but plan to return for longer as this is just the perfect place.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette magnifique maison en bord de mer. Les vues sont à couper le souffle, et l’accès direct à la plage est un véritable privilège. Les hôtes ont été incroyablement accueillants et attentionnés, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, parfaite pour se détendre en cette fin de saison. Le calme des environs offre une atmosphère paisible idéale pour se ressourcer.Un lieu exceptionnel que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Exceptionnel - un petit coin de paradis

Nous venons de rentrer après avoir passé une semaine dans cette incroyable maison sur la plage. Nous avons encore des étoiles plein les yeux. De l’accueil des propriétaires à la beauté de la maison, tout était parfait. La vue est incroyable. La plage est calme et propre. La maison est encore plus belle en vrai qu’en photo. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions les propriétaires qui nous ont permis d’adapter nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Ein Traum

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche am Meer genossen. Die Betreuung durch Fam. Pourcel und Edith war angenehm. Ein Bad im Pool nach einem Strandspaziergang oder Schwimmer im Meer war super. Wir vier Erwachsene hatten genug Platz. Das Haus war mit allem eingerichtet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Schade, dass es nur eine Woche war. Wir hatten leider zu wenig Zeit, um im und ums Haus alles zu benützen. Wir hoffen, dass wir wieder kommen können. Merci beaucoup!

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Entspannen

Wir haben unsere Woche in Südfrankreich sehr genossen. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist etwas schwer zu finden, liegt jedoch direkt am feinen Sandstrand von Cap d´Agde. Die Betten im Erdgeschoß sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Bäder sind dafür frisch renoviert. Auf dem Gelände gibt es einen Grillplatz, Liegen, einen Pool, Tischtennisplatte u.s.w. alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Très bon accueil. L’emplacement est juste parfait avec un accès sur une belle plage et proche de toutes les commodités. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en famille. simplement génial

Nous ( 4 adultes, 1 enfant, 1 adolescent) avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans la maison de Nicole et Claude. La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup d'amour du détail et équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin. Le point fort de la maison est bien sûr sa situation imbattable, directement sur la plage. La vue depuis la terrasse est fantastique ! Depuis la maison, on peut facilement explorer les environs, Agde, Sète ou encore Carcassonne sont facilement accessibles. On trouve aussi dans les environs immédiats un Lidle et un super U pour les achats nécessaires. Les enfants se sont réjouis de la bonne connexion WLan, de la piscine chauffée, de la table de ping-pong et du canoë. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et toujours facilement joignables. Schönes Haus direkt am Strand

Sehr angenehme Vermieter, gute Kommunikation. Das Haus ist zweistöckig, unten befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer, eher klein und niedrig, zwei schöne Bäder und eine Toilette. Oben befindet sich ein sehr grosses Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener Küche, wunderschöne Terrasse mit Pool. Zweite Toilette. Das Gelände ist mit einem Zaun umgeben, auch sehr sportliche Hunde bleiben sicher im Garten. Der Strand ist durch das Tor direkt zu erreichen, ohne Strasse dazwischen. Unglaubliche Sicht! Dünen, Meeresrauschen und Ruhe, was will man mehr. Fazit: Ein sehr schönes Haus an perfekter Lage.

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer

Das Haus ist in der oberen Etage liebevoll eingerichtet. Von dort gelangt man auf die grosse Terrasse mit Pool und Zugang zu den kleinen Dünen. Die untere Etage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die beiden Duschzimmer sind neu, ebenfalls die Toilette, in der sich leider kein Waschbecken befindet.

Einmalige Lage direkt am Strand mit einer Aussicht wie auf einer Insel in der Karibik. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter. Anfangs Oktober sind leider bereits viele Geschäfte und Restaurants geschlossen (fin de la saison). Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke.

Schöne Ferien mit toller Meersicht

Wir verbrachten mit unseren Kindern eine wunderschöne Woche in dem tollen Strandhaus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, an traumhafter Lage und es sind sehr nette Hausbesitzer. Das beheizte Pool war optimal für unsere Kinder, wir kommen gerne wieder. Freundliche Grüsse Familie Nydegger

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Les propriétaires sont très ouverts et accueillantes. La maison est meublée avec goût et est suffisamment spacieuse pour que chacun y trouve sa place. La vue est splendide et l accès plage en direct est incroyable. Tout était parfait. Pus avons passé un excellent séjour en ayant l’impression dy être plus longtemps qu’une semaine. Nous recommandons évidement cet endroit magique.

Super emplacement mais maison vieillotte

La literie n’est pas confortable, les portes des chambres ne ferment pas, les lavabos des deux salles d’eau étaient bouchés, l’écoulement des bacs à douche laissent à désirer, le bouton de la chasse d’eau du wc du haut est manquant, le frigo à 1000 ans avec du scotch à l’intérieur, un des deux bacs de l’évier ne s’écoule pas sauf en enlevant la bonde d’évacuation, le barbecue est totalement décentré par rapport au lieu de vie, un des deux rideaux enrouleurs du séjour/salon ne fonctionne pas, etc… mais l’emplacement est top ! Ça ne vaut absolument pas le prix à la semaine au mois de juin même si l’emplacement est top. Dernier point : l’annonce qui doit être rectifiée par les propriétaires fait état de 4 salles d’eau alors qu’il n’y en a que 2 !

Haus am Meer

Herrlicher, wunderschöner und unverbauter Blick auf Meer, direkter Zugang zum Strand, ein kleiner Pool zum Abkühlen, eine riesige Terrasse, ein schön renoviertes Fischerhaus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Leider hat das Wetter 2 Tage nicht mitgespielt aber das kann man im April verkraften🙂 Sehr nette Vermieter, nochmals viele Grüße an Familie Pourcel, wir kommen gerne wieder

Stunning location for family holiday

Had a lovely family holiday. Location is amazing for kids to play on the beach. Nicole and Claude were very helpful with arrival arrangements; booking taxis, meeting us at the train station and showing us the property. Would definitely visit again!
