We enjoyed the penthouse area. Condo was very spacious and clean, only needed a few paint touch ups needed. We would definitely choose a penthouse again!

Everything about this condo was great. The view from both upper and lower decks. The location and access to restaurants. The resort kept the small pool and hot tub warm enough to use in February. It was handy to have a restaurant and bar on site. The condo itself was beautiful on the inside and very accommodating and we felt at home.

This condo was absolutely the best!!! The views of the ocean and the location were spectacular!!

We had the best vacation, the condo exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!!! The owners made sure all our needs were met and checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our time there!!

I rarely leave bad reviews but unfortunately this condo left many things to be desired for our family...... It WAS CLEAN..... which was very appreciated, butthe biggest complaint was the AC!!!! You could not turn back cooler than 72 or they would automatically set it up to 82 on you with the nest controlled system! I did not read that in the description or I would not have rented it because I have to stay cool at night at least! The master bedroom was SO HOT because of the sun and I guess the system couldn't keep up even with their black out curtains! They did have a separate split system for the top balcony bedroom which was nice for my teen and the other room was also kept cool for our other couples room, but the master NEVER got cool! We got zero sleep! The kitchen didn't have much room for groceries unfortunately! The mattresses left a little to be desired and the same for the pillows....mold was on one of our pillows also but we switched it out for another. The showers were nice and clean! Nice to be able to get the chairs with an umbrella without paying extra when you walk down in front of the smaller condos.....and as far as the grounds go unfortunately I guess with the size of the building all we smelled was sewer most of the time and trash when we were at the elevators! We always saw workers working so it was not for the lack of them trying I think their system is just getting too old to keep up possibly? Anyway beach is great, pools were awesome!

We’re sorry some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding these concerns, and we truly wish we had. We are always available to our guests and would have been happy to address any issues promptly. We also want to clarify that we did not remotely change the thermostat to 82 degrees because it was set below 72. We were also surprised by the concern regarding a pillow, as our pillow covers are replaced with freshly laundered covers after every stay. Had this been brought to our attention, we would have immediately inspected and replaced it. We appreciate your feedback and only wish we had been given the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay.
