Beautifully decorated, Great location. Not super clean, dirty dishes in dish washer, no extra sheets, plumbing issues and outdated bathroom with constant clogging of toilet with smell of sewer water. But loved the decor and the access to the beach

It’s a nice property, but we had a few issues. The toilet in the master bath did not flush unless you held the handle for quite a while and the water pressure was terrible. The room with the two queen beds has a really nice bathroom, so I feel like that should have been the master bedroom. The master bath was really small and needs updating. The couch and the carpet were filthy. The kitchen was really nice and well stocked, and whoever decorated did an excellent job.

We have stayed at Edgewater for many many years. This room was decent but needed improvements. The kitchen needs new dishes. I had to ask for oven mitts and kitchen rags because there wasn't any. They did deliver those immediately upon request. The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible. I did send that to the host but no one showed up for that. I think the room was decorated nice but it almost had too many things and felt cluttered. I felt that everything in the room was cheap. It looks great in pictures but in person, it wasn't what it seemed

So disappointed when we got to the room. Dust. Dirt. Broken vacuum. Toilet didn’t flush. No netting on the balcony. Overall, just not clean. Also have to pay 75 dollars for parking. Asked for an additional clean before check in since it was so dirty on arrival - no one came despite being told they would. Overall, would not recommend. Felt very deceived.

This is a gorgeous condo with beautiful beach views! It has equal access to the main pool and a smaller one. The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes & cookware. The only thing I would note is that the master suite has two beds (1 full / 1 queen?) off the master bath with 2 sinks & walk-in shower. Then the king size bed is in the guest room off the small bathroom (1 sink, small normal bathtub/shower combo). Just a FYI when planning to share this condo with others.

This rental property is very convenient to the beach and the pools are very nice. There was some sand in the sheets of the bunk beds and some dishes were put away unclean. The beds were very comfortable memory foam and the views are stunning. I would stay here again.

For the most part, the condo was clean. My only complaint would be the floors. The could use a good cleaning. Your shoes stuck to the floor in the kitchen and you could feel the sand under your bare feet throughout the rest of the condo.The kitchen only had 1 dish towel. The kitchen was well equipped.Other than this, the place was great!

Wonderful Stay

We had the best time this week! The location of the condo was great. We were right by the elevators which was so nice (not loud at all). Our family of 10 loves staying here and can’t wait to come back!

The condo had not been cleaned, the bedding cover was disgusting. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair. There was food underneath the table nail clippings on side tables. I did call and they had someone there within an hour to clean the condo. Spent the first hour cleaning after traveling for 13 hours! Not fun. But it didn’t ruin the trip. The view was amazing and we had a great time! Beds were comfy.

The Condo was great, However, both Elevators were broke when we arrived and had to carry our grocery up 9 flights of stairs. HAD NO WAY TO GET MY 83 YEAR OLD MOTHER UP TO THE CONDO !!!!!!!!! I called and left a message to the host and never got a call back. Only one elevator worked the entire week and it kept breaking down. VERY DISSAPOINTED with this PROPERTY!

Spring break getaway

We left a snowstorm for PCB and had a wonderful escape for a week of relaxation and sunshine! Property was very nice and atmosphere was very family friendly. Would absolutely do it again!!!
