At the entrance to Vence, "Les lavandines", a new Californian air-conditioned villa with a private heated pool, offers comfort to new standards.
The large bay windows allow all the rooms in the villa to have a beautiful view of the swimming pool. It is ideally designed to enjoy a pleasant vacation.
You will appreciate the modernity of this property surrounded by its landscaped garden, both mineral and Mediterranean: it is planted with olive trees, bay laurels, medlar, orange tree, jasmine, etc.
Its living room which opens onto 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC, is a real living space in front of the swimming pool. It has a central island allowing cooking and lunch for 8 people.
Wifi, satellite TV with international channels, blue ray player.
To fully enjoy your vacation, you have outside:
a game of boules, a ping-pong table, a table football, a children's protique and a heated swimming pool with integrated beach.
Ample parking allows you to park 3 cars.
