Short walk to Winnepaug salt pond and close to beaches, marinas, restaurants, Watch Hill and more! Enjoy the cool sea breezes during the day, and the sound of surf at night. This house offers an open floor plan, modern kitchen (custom cabinets, granite counters) and standard appliances. Washer + Dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, with attached private bathroom (stone tile, granite counter top, walk-in shower). Plenty of closet storage. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is across hall from second bathroom (tub/shower, tile floor, granite counter). A bonus bedroom is available for additional sleep space (twin bed). There is a full deck on the rear of house, complete with large screened-in porch with custom woodwork. Perfect spot for remote work or reading novels! There is an enclosed outdoor shower at the rear of home, for rinsing off sand brought home from your fun days at the beach! Large grassy back yard. Propane Grill. WiFi for Smart TV.
