Enjoy the best of Kauai from Waipouli Beach Resort, a beautiful oceanfront resort centrally located on Kauai’s east side. A103 is a spacious ground-floor condo just steps from the beach, with a patio opening to a peaceful garden area.

THE CONDO

This beautifully appointed 1,312 sq. ft. condo features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Its convenient ground-floor location makes coming and going easy, with no stairs required to access the condo.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cooktop and oven, GE Profile microwave, Fisher & Paykel dual-drawer dishwasher, granite countertops, and African mahogany cabinetry.

The spacious bathroom layout includes two soaking tubs, two showers, multiple vanities, and beautiful Peruvian travertine tile throughout. Both bedrooms have convenient access to their own bathroom areas, with an additional bathroom area accessible from the main living space.

Wi-Fi is included, along with three flat-screen Smart TVs—one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Guests are welcome to sign in to their own streaming services during their stay.

Truly an amazing stay! The condo, pool, beach, and location were all perfect. Richie, the host, was super helpful and even dropped off an extra pair of snorkeling fins. The condo was well stocked with beach gear, which was helpful for beach hopping. The Safeway and Ross Dress for Less right across the street were great for groceries and anything we had forgotten to pack. 10/10 would return!

Good place for a family to stay

This place was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Went with my 75 YO mom with mobility issues and she had no trouble at all! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river daily! Great morning sunrise location. The location of the rental was great, easy to get to any location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of beach supplies and grocery store across the street. Property owner was easy to get ahold of when we had WiFi troubles. Thank you for a great stay, made my mom's bucket. list of going to Hawaii amazing. Thank you for making the memories possible!

The place served it's purpose. Room is located close to the pool, parking lot and beach access. Accessibility was key for our family of 7. Check in was easy, staff on the property were nice. My wife and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing experience. Richie communicated clearly with us from the very beginning, and the entire process was smooth and stress free. We booked this VRBO almost a year in advance, and we are so glad we did. When we arrived, the cleaning staff was putting the final touches on the unit, which honestly gave us confidence that they truly cared about every detail and wanted the place spotless for our stay. The unit was easy to find, easy to access, and located in a relaxing area surrounded by plants and shade. The room was clean, fully stocked, and had everything we needed. While it could easily fit more people, it felt perfect for just the two of us. We especially appreciated the reliable internet since cell service around Kauai can be spotty. The property itself was also fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and onsite restaurant throughout our trip. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would absolutely book here again. The only small suggestion would be adding a bit more privacy coverage to the three narrow living room windows. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Kaua’i stop over

We just stayed one night after we arrived in Hawaii before we island hopped to the big island. This was a very nice place to stay with good pool area, right on the beach and easy drive/access to Lihue airport.

We had an amazing stay. Our place was great and super clean. Great communication from our host! We were steps away from the pool and beach. We will percent be back here again. This room has a private lanai that was perfect for lunch. The pool was great. We had the time of our lives here.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. Within about two hours, the unit was cleaned and ready for us. While we appreciated the fast response, some compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated, as it disrupted our evening plans and required us to purchase a few additional supplies to make our meal work. The resort itself is fantastic, and the pool is the standout feature. It's easily one of the best pools in Kauai. Our kids loved the warm pool, the lazy river sections, and waterslides. Beach access is also nice, though it's better for views and wading than for swimming or boogie boarding. The unit is also conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and other shops. The unit was comfortable and well-suited for a family, with plenty of bathroom space for rinsing off after beach outings. While we'd recommend it, the initial cleaning issue and a few maintenance items—such as loose door handles that fell off, a malfunctioning toilet, and some heavily worn beach gear—kept it from feeling quite like a five-star experience. Still, it was a great stay overall, and we'd happily consider staying here again.

I’m always up for an adventure and enjoy snowboarding, wakeboarding, off-road racing, camping, and, most of all, vacationing! I love getting away, exploring new places, and making great memories with family and friends.

As someone who genuinely loves to travel, I enjoy being able to share our place in Kauai with others and hope our guests enjoy their time on the island as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

I stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort several times and fell in love with it—I liked it so much, I eventually bought a condo here!

What really stood out to me about A103 was its location within the resort. It’s tucked away from the main road, so you can open the doors, enjoy the fresh air, and relax without the road noise you may experience in some other areas of the resort.

I especially love being able to sit outside with a book and enjoy the peaceful garden setting, or let the kids play in the grassy area just outside while you relax nearby.

Building A is also the closest building to the beach, so the sand is just steps away, and the resort BBQ area is conveniently located nearby. For me, it’s one of the best locations within Waipouli Beach Resort.

What makes this property unique

What makes A103 special is its ground-floor garden setting. All three main rooms open directly to the patio and grassy area, giving you a wonderful indoor-outdoor feel and extra space to enjoy the beautiful Kauai weather.

It’s especially nice for families—kids can enjoy the grass just outside while you relax on the patio or prepare dinner inside. The condo is also tucked away from the main highway, creating a quieter, more peaceful setting.

Parking is conveniently located near the building, and the beach, pool, BBQs, restaurant, and bar are all just a short walk away. It’s a great combination of peaceful surroundings, easy ground-floor access, and proximity to everything the resort has to offer.
