The Waipouli Beach Resort is a new concept in luxury accommodations on the lush island of Kauai, Hawaii and is centrally located within easy reach to any area of the island. This place was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Went with my 75 YO mom with mobility issues and she had no trouble at all! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river daily! Great morning sunrise location. The location of the rental was great, easy to get to any location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of beach supplies and grocery store across the street. Property owner was easy to get ahold of when we had WiFi troubles. Thank you for a great stay, made my mom's bucket. list of going to Hawaii amazing. Thank you for making the memories possible!

Fabulous location and wonderful property. Master bath set up is a bit odd with shower in the bath attached to entry and master bath. Otherwise great set up. Many properties with much bigger grassy spaces that face the ocean, but likely much more expensive. Pool is fabulous with waterslides (open 10-6) and open 7am-10pm. Great sunrises from the beach and twice a monk seal hung out for hours. Only 2 very minor issues that were addressed. Brita in the fridge as well as a 3L pitcher so plenty of filter watered. Fairly good amount of utensils, plates, etc. Great for families, but probably not where I'd pick as couples although 2 of 3 hittubs adult only, 16 and up

Paradise away from home

This property was amazing! The grounds and pool are awesome. The 3 hot tubs were a great treat after visiting the beaches during the day. The unit was easy to get to and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, to beach gear. We loved that it was centrally located and near stores for easy grocery shopping too! If we get to come back to Kauai, I would definitely want to stay here again. Truly an amazing time!

Why they chose this property

I stayed at this resort multiple times and fell in love with it. I liked it so much I bought a condo! The location of this particular unit is very nice, its secluded, no road noise like many of the buildings along the street. I had stayed in some of those condos and was not thrilled to watch cars drive by all day and listen to them. When I closed my eyes I laughed and told my chick , hey if you close your eyes all the cars kinda sound like the ocean lol. None of that with this unit, its very quite and peaceful if you want to have all the doors open and enjoy the fresh air. You can sit outside and read a book without distractions, let your kids play in the grass area while you relax inside or out. This building is the closest one to the sand, its also right next to the BBQ's.

What makes this property unique

I chose this property over others in the complex because it has its own grass yard that all 3 rooms open up to. I have kids and its nice to let them play outside while Im relaxing or cooking dinner. I also liked how quite it was outside the unit, its very peaceful. All units facing the main highway have tons of road noise all day and night and I didnt love that. Besides that the parking is close to the unit so you never have to walk far. Its also close to everything the resort has to offer such as the pool, bbq's, food, and bar. You can walk to all of them in under a minute.
