Custom dining table for 14 people in the outdoor covered lounge allows for dinner poolside to enjoy the perfect endless summer warm evening weather.
Swim laps or just play in one of the largest saltwater pools in Guiones, equipped with a solar powered pool heating systems creating the perfect pool temperature. Outdoor showers upon entering the villa as well as by the pool.

Bedrooms feature the highest quality hotel comfort mattress, beddings, and linens. Wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing vacation at the 5 elements villa, This house couldn't have been more perfect for our group of 8, 4 adults & 4 teens. The boys enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday to go surfing and the parents enjoyed the proximity of great restaurants & yoga/meditation classes. Victor was the perfect host, very communicative and responsive. We can't wait to go back!

Nosara 2025

We traveled to Nosara as a family and stayed at this AMAZING home!! We had 8 adults and a one year old, and this home fit us all with plenty of room for privacy when needed. The location is the BEST!! We walked everywhere but did rent one golf cart and one car for a few outings further away. Victor and Carmelina made this stay in Nosara seamless. Carmelina gave us many suggestions for activities, restaurant options, personal chef, and also transportation recommendations from Liberia to Nosara! WE absolutely loved every minute in Nosara, and staying at this home made for many special memories!! We all would love to return someday! Pura Vida!

Perfect Location, Great for Large Groups

We spent a week at Elements and had a fantastic time! The home is central to several amazing restaurants, bars and shopping, and the beach is just a short walking distance away. Unfortunately, we visited during one of Costa Rica's rainiest weeks of the year (seriously!), yet the bug repellant system worked like a charm and not one person complained of bug bites. It's the perfect place for a large group - we had 11 adults and 4 small children and never felt cramped. The only thing to be careful of (not a complaint, but just for safety purposes) are the slick floors. With small children around the pool and with the rain we had, the floors were very slippery. That said, we will be back for sure, hopefully to see the sun :) Thank you again Victor and Carmelina for your hospitality!

The host is truly amazing and provides excellent recommendations for activities, transportation and dining. Hiring the private Chef to cook dinner at the house was a real treat. The host has thought of everything with amenities, extra pool towels and the kitchen accessories were top notch! The home is absolutely beautiful with indoor and outdoor living. Highly recommend this home and is in an excellent location! We used golf carts to get around everywhere.

Wonderful Central Nosara Location

We had such a wonderful holiday here! Carmelina and her husband were over the top accommodating in every aspect of our stay and vacation. The house is spacious and accommodated my family of 13. The indoor/outdoor space is wonderful and we spent hours in the pool. The house is in a perfect location. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember 🙌🏼

Amazing location

This house is in a perfect location for a group. Walking distance to the beach, and with so many options for food and the mini super right at the end of the driveway. It’s in the center of activity but feels quiet and private when you are in the house. Great pool, lots of lounging areas and awesome kitchen. Our hosts were amazing, helping with all of our questions and arranging activities and dinner reservations. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

An Extraordinary home in a bullseye location

It doesn't get better than this in Nosara! We spent several weeks enjoying this gorgeous and super comfortable home. While the pictures of the house are amazing, it's somehow even better in person! For starters, it's located in the hippest part of town, yet set back from the road and designed to integrate stunning views of the protected jungle reserve that immediately borders the house, bringing you close to nature and providing great peace and privacy coupled with the ultimate convenience of being a stone's throw away from everything. There are so many great restaurants, shops, surf rental places, a gym, spas, a mini-market and the awesome surfing beach of Guiones - all less than a 3 minute walk from the house. The overall design and quality of the house is superb, and the owners really thought of everything. It is super clean, and the indoor/outdoor layout flows seamlessly. Our large group of family and friends spend countless hours enjoying the outdoor lounge and pool area. The kitchen is beautiful, huge and fully stocked with everything you could ever need. In addition to being perfectly located, some of our favorite features that really set this home apart from all of the others in the area were the whole house mosquito repellent system (it really worked, even in the outdoor areas around the pool!), the solar pool heating system that kept the pool at the perfect temperature at all times, the second outdoor kitchen/grill, and the automated blackout blinds, A/C, quality fans and super comfortable mattresses and bedding in all of the bedrooms. The owners were amazing hosts, and very communicative both leading up to, and throughout our stay. They provided wonderful recommendations and guidance on restaurants, activities, rentals, local cooks, childcare and anything else we might have questions about. They even helped us with having some groceries pre-stocked ahead of our arrival, making dinner reservations for our large group, and arrange transportation. They really went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly special. My family and I love renting amazing homes wherever we travel, and this one is at the top of our list!

What an amazing house!!

Had an amazing time at the Elements villa, it is one of the only houses I have been to that looks better in real life than it does in the pictures. The owners and manager are super attentive and were always looking to help us get the most of our vacation. The beach is amazing and is within less than 5 minutes walk or 1 minute Car/ATV ride. The house is located on what can be called the main street and there are tens of restaurants right as you walk out, with that said you have full privacy since the house is facing the forest and not the street. There are 5 big bedrooms, 2 masters, one queen, and 2 more rooms with multiple beds in them that can fit a very large group (we were 10 and had a ton of space). There is an indoor kitchen which is equipped with everything you can think of, 2 fridges, a grill, washer, dryer etc. The pool is really big with a great sitting area around it, perfect water temperature and gets cleaned a few times a week. In summary, this is one of the most amazing houses we have been to, highly recommended!.
