Beautiful Golf & Lake Views, Pawleys Island, SC - Professionally Cleaned

This is truly our "Happy Place" and sure to be yours as well. We work hard and when we step away to take a break this is where we can truly recharge. We recently renovated the condo and upgraded with beautiful stainless appliances and quartz countertops, LVP flooring and paint and best yet, the furnishings and beds are super comfortable, medium firm. We made sure it has everything you could need in the kitchen so you don't have to go out if you don't want to. But no worries... it's Pawleys Island so there are plenty of great restaurants if you don't think staying in is relaxing.

This is our 2nd condo here in True Blue II. Our other is also a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath units suited very similarly to this one just steps away. Take a look at VRBO# 586240. It is a 3rd floor unit which offers Extraordinary views and privacy. Stay close to friends and family by booking them together.

True Blue is one of many world class golf course and we overlook the lake and #4 Fairway! We have the most private and tranquil views of the course. We are located on the 1st floor. The condo comfortably sleeps four; King bed in primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest/2nd bedroom.

The primary bedroom includes a private on bathroom with tub/shower. The room is suited with a 42" flat screen television, reading lamps, armoire and two night stands with suitcase rack and large closet for your convenience. The second bedroom includes Queen bed, a 5 drawer dresser, night stand with reading lamp, and a large closet. There is a full bathroom (shower) directly across the hall.

Relax in the evening with a drink on the screened in porch while watching the sun set over the water and greens. The porch is also ground level. We keep it locked for the protection of both guest and our belongings.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your every meal or just a quick snack. For your entertaining with ease we have a blender and plastic tumbler cups so your safe at the pool as you serve up your favorite smoothie or pina colada.

The dining area offers a countertop height table that comfortably seats 2 to 4 with additional seating on the island. The living room seats 4-5 of your friends & family. Relax and watch the 50" HDTV flat screen Roku smart television. We have high speed internet for remote working (as we do often) our door lock system is tied to the Alexa Dot but guests can use the Dot for music, news and even ocean sounds which is helpful since this is a ground floor unit so exterior and other resident noise factors can be present.

The colors are calm earth tone furnishings, grey interior walls, making this a calm and relaxing atmosphere you will want to visit again & again! Lines and towels are provided, as well as some cleaning products, small vacuum and swiffer, etc.

Our family spends as much time in Pawleys Island as possible so we've stocked it with almost everything we could think of to make our trips to Pawley's as relaxing as possible.
