Fully stocked kitchen to meet your needs. Screen porch has view of golf course and pond. Pool within walking distance! 5 minutes to the beach. Small, well behaved pets are welcome. No Campers, Rvs, motorcycles, or boats are allowed to park or be at this resort

We are local owners who just purchased and remodeled this unit. We are available to help with any questions or concerns. The condo is beautiful and basically brand new!

Why they chose this property

We especially liked this unit for it's location and proximity to everything Pawleys Island has to offer. It is a first floor unit so no stairs to carry luggage, groceries or golf bags up!

What makes this property unique

We have tried to leave no detail unaddressed. We have furnished all spices and basic things you may need to cook with and don't want to purchase for a short vacation. We have also furnished beach items, charcoal and lighter fluid and grill utensils. There are plenty of paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergents also. All towels and linens are brand new as well as the furnishings and appliances.
