Resort-style Lake Norman home with unbeatable views from shore and pool!

The pictures don't lie. If you're looking for more than just a 'nice place' for your Lake Norman getaway, look no further. Historically, stays at the house were exclusively via private arrangement. However, after many requests, we have made our home available to others also looking to get away from it all.

This 6 bedroom/ 5.5 bath home is situated on an amazing, flat waterfront lot that offers spectacular main channel Lake Norman views from almost every room. From the moment you walk inside the house to when you're relaxing in the HUGE (20' x 40') lake-side salt water swimming pool, you'll feel like you're at your own private resort! (Pool is open year-round...it is NOT heated)

The residence features two expansive decks (one is covered), two full kitchens and eating areas, two huge family/ great rooms, a large loft, and a large pier/dock with a guest 'slip' where you can tie up your boat.
Imagine yourself waking up to the amazing views and walking out your patio/deck door, just steps from the water.
We encourage guests to bring their boats/ jet skis to take advantage of Lake Norman.

The Bedrooms:
Main-level Master bedroom - Sporting incredible water views, this large ensuite has a King bed and a walk-out deck to enjoy amazing water views.

Main-level second bedroom - Offering amazing water views, this large ensuite has a King bed and a walk-out deck.

Main-level third bedroom - This large ensuite has a Queen bed

Lake/ Pool-level Bedroom 1 - Offering great water views, this large room has it's own bathroom and a Queen bed. Walk out your patio door and you’re steps to the pool and lake.

Lake/ Pool-level Bedroom 2 - Offering great water views, this large bedroom has two Queen beds. Walk out your patio door and you’re steps to the pool and lake.

Lake/ Pool-level Bedroom 3 - Offering great water views, this nice-sized room has a King bed. Walk out your patio door and you’re steps to the pool and lake.

Lake/ Pool-level BRs 2 and 3 share a large hall bathroom whose entry is adjacent to those rooms. Within this bathroom are 2 separate/ private baths (one bath has a shower and toilet while the other bath has a shower/tub combo and toilet. The only shared aspect of this bath is the main entry, which contains one large vanity with 2 sinks.

*** From May through early September, there is a 7-night minimum stay and bookings are only accepted from SATURDAY - SATURDAY.

*** Pool is open year round but is not heated

NOTE: Please be advised we require the guest booking the reservation to 1) acknowledge and sign our short-term rental agreement and; 2) provide a copy of a photo identification (Driver's license or Passport). Please ask if this is unclear!!

CANCELLATION Info......IMPORTANT: As we know, life happens and we want to work with guests. As such, If, for any reason, a Guest cancels this Agreement more than one hundred-twenty (120) days from the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $500 processing fee. If the cancellation is requested 120 days (or less than 120 days) from arrival date, all monies are forfeited unless Owner is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Owner will refund amounts paid, less a $500.00 processing fee.

NOTE: Boats and/or jet skis may use the guest boat 'slip' and/or be tied to the pier. The boat lifts are not available for guest use.

NO PET POLICY: Please note that the owners stay in the home when it is not rented. As such, no animals - to include service animals - are permitted at the property.
