The family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and taking the boat out on the lake a short walk away. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Shopping close to property and great restaurants too.

Beautiful home and property with an amazing lake view. House was fully stocked with what we needed, well maintained and the pool and patio were perfection. We rented a boat and went to some small beaches, looked at the beautiful lake homes, and then took turns being pulled on a tube! We had so much fun here and would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable, the beds were great, and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking and eating for our group of 10. We especially enjoyed the pool. We rented a boat during our stay and were able to dock it easily right at the house, which was a huge plus. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive. We were glad we brought some extra towels, especially with all the time we spent in the pool and on the lake. Overall, a great place for a relaxing lake vacation, and we would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The house was spotless and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool was a highlight, especially with the slide and all the floats provided—it was fun for both kids and adults.The private boat dock made it easy to enjoy the lake, and we loved having access to the paddle boat and kayaks. It was the perfect place to unwind and spend time on the water. Overall, this was a fantastic vacation home with great amenities, and we’d happily stay here again!

It was a decent house overall - clean, in good repair mostly, well stocked kitchen, nice pool, pleasant setting. The price is what stunned me, since it was the same price as the house we normally rent in Hilton Head, SC., which is on the beach. I won’t do a comp here; suffice it to say there is no comparison, other than the price.

Beautiful house. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room for our expanding family. The pool was wonderful. The sliding board was a hit! The walk to the lake is very steep. My 80 year old parents wouldn’t attempt it. The fire pit was great. We used the canoe and the dragon boats. Overall a great family vacation.

Beautiful Lake Norman Home

We had lots of family come into town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay! The house was very well cared for and the beds were super comfy! Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for the 8 adults and 6 kids in the family. The kids loved the media room and the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Activities with plenty of room

Enjoyed the various activities around the house as well as the proximity to breweries and outdoor activities within 30 minutes. Nice and big with plenty of rooms for large groups.

Fantastic house with tons of sleeping space

Family Vacation

Conducive to family gathering. All enjoyed the pool. Several of us appreciated the proximity to Lake Norman State Park where we hiked three mornings. We also made good use of the paddle board, kayak and canoe. Great vacation.

Family Reunion

We assembled for a bi annual family reunion and enjoy this home and everything it had to offer. Ages 3 to 65 all had activities to enjoy at the property and within an hours drive (Carowinds, golf, hiking).

Christmas in the Carolina's

Very nice rental property-spacious

We stayed with 17 people and it was very comfortable for our group. We had plenty of room to sleep and dine. Also had a lot of common space so we didn’t feel crowded. We would like to go back in the summer and take advantage of the pool and Lake Norman.

Peaceful and Fun Getaway

Our family was the first renters for the property. The atmosphere was relaxing. So Milano activities to do including the theatre room and game room. I did not hear any kid say they were bored during our entire trip.

Family Fun at the Blue Bayou

Great place for a extended family vacation. Lots of bedrooms and stocked kitchen. The game room in the garage and movie room were hits with the kids. The adults loved the puzzle cabinet. Pool was refreshing. Thank you for wonderful memories!

Wonderful week on Lake Norman

Accommodated a large extended family very comfortably. Plenty of room to gather and not be on top of one another. Beautiful home on a gorgeous piece of property with great views of the lake. Property, Pool and hot tub well maintained. We were all very happy and would highly recommend.

New year’s family reunion

This property is amazing providing a deluxe kitchen, lake access, pool, hot tub, movie theater, game room, large gathering room down stairs and 7 beautifully appointed bedroom. The host, Ranata, is knowledgeable and responsive. Super experience!

Perfect for multi-family trip- early check out

This house was great! The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/cookware you could need. The layout of the house is perfect for vacationing with kids as the bunk room was on a separate floor and/or far away from the theater and garage/game room. Our only complaint was the 9am checkout… with is tough to accomplish with that many people (especially with kids).

Awesome Home

We had 12 adults, two ten-year-olds, a three-year-old and three babies. Plenty of room for everyone. A very well stocked home. The pool was perfect. Mooresville for all necessities is about 20 minutes. Walmart delivers!!! Great stay and would highly recommend.
